- Application form for JEEP 2021 will be released through online as well as offline mode.
- Candidates can get offline application form from the Uttarakhand polytechnic institutes.
- Candidates can fill their online/ offline application form from March 2021.

- Upload scanned image of photograph and signature in the application form.
- Documents should be uploaded in JPG/ JPEG format.

Uttarakhand Polytechnic 2021 Eligibility
Candidates must check following Uttarakhand Polytechnic eligibility criteria before applying for the exam:
- Nationality: Candidates must be and Indian citizen.
- Domicile: Applying candidates must have domicile of Uttarakhand state.
- Age Limit: There will be no age limit criteria to apply.
Other Eligibility:
For Diploma Engineering:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10th class examination from a recognized board.
- Marks Criteria: Candidates should obtain 35% marks in their 10th class.
- Subjects: Candidates must have passed their 10th with mathematics and science subjects.
For Diploma in pharmacy:
- Qualification: Candidates should pass intermediate class from any recognized board.
- Subjects: Candidates must have passed their qualifying exam with physics, chemistry and mathematics/ biology as compulsory subjects.
- Appearing: Candidates those are appearing in 12th class can also apply.
For Diploma Engineering (Lateral Entry):
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th class/ ITI (2 years) from a recognized institute/ board.
