J&K 2020 Physical Counselling has been started from 12th October 2020 at BOPEE offices Jammu/Srinagar through Video Conferencing.
Admission Procedure
The entrance examination will be organized for providing admissions into engineering courses. Students can apply for admission in B.Tech and B.Arch courses through national level and state level entrance examination. Few colleges conduct their own admission procedure for offering admissions.
Entrance Exam
JEE Main 2020 national level entrance exam is the famous examination for entering into the first year of engineering and architecture courses. Candidates those seeking admission in the state college can appear in this exam. Candidates can also get admission through state level entrance exam which is JKCET 2020 (Jammu & Kashmir Common Entrance Test). The exam is conducted by the JKBOPEE (Jammu & Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations).

Selection Procedure
Candidates will be selected on the basis of centralized counseling conducted by the concerned authority. Candidates must participate in the counselling for admission. After fee payment, candidates will be allowed to fill the course and college preference.
