This entrance test is held every year for providing admission to eligible aspirants in various UG/PG courses in Engineering, Management, Pharmacy, etc. fields. Students who will be successful in qualifying this entrance test by securing the qualifying marks will be eligible for admission into the university. DSAT 2020 Exam Dates

DSAT 2020 Application Form

Know about DSAT 2020 application form in the below given section:

  • Online registration process has been started from 9th January 2020.
  • Students can fill the application form through online as well as offline mode.
  • At the time of registration students must provide their valid email id and mobile number to get details of application and examination by the authority.
  • No change or modification is allowed in the application after its submission.
  • For the applicants who want to apply for more than one programme are required to apply separately for the courses.
  • Complete details must be submitted correctly as no modification will be allowed after submission of form.
  • Candidates must go through the complete eligibility details before filling the application form.

Application Fee:

  • The application fee is non refundable in nature.
  • For all candidates the application fee is Rs.1000.

Payment mode: Applicants can pay the application fee through debit /credit card/net banking.

DSAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Before applying for DSAT, students can know about its eligibility criteria below:

UG Courses:

  • For B.Tech: Passed 12th level from a recognized board with minimum average of 45% marks for General/OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST with compulsory Physics and Mathematics subjects.
  • For B.Pharm: Passed 2 year PUC exam from a recognized board securing atleast of 40% marks in PCB, PCM, PCMB, PC & computer science or PC & electronics.
  • Pharma D: Passed 10+2 from PUC or any other equivalent exam from a recognized board. Physics and Chemistry should be compulsory subjects with Mathematics or Biology.

PG Courses:

  • MBA: Passed bachelors degree (3 years) from a recognized board or university with aggregate of 50% marks (45% marks for OBC/ST/SC).
  • M.Tech: Candidates must have B.Tech/B.E degree with aggregate of atleast of 50% marks in the applied choice of field.

DSAT 2020 Exam Pattern

DSAT exam pattern can be checked by the students in the below section:

  • Exam mode: DSAT exam will be held through online/offline mode.
  • Number of Questions: There will be total of 120 questions in the paper.
  • Language: Paper will be available in English language.
  • Type of Questions: Paper will have (MCQ’s) – Multiple choice type questions.
  • Time Duration: 120 minutes will be given to complete the paper.
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. No negative marking will be there in the exam.

DSAT 2020 Syllabus

The Syllabus for DSAT 2020 will be set from syllabus of 11th and 12th level Physics, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and English subjects for UG level. For PG level, the syllabus will be set from graduation level subjects studied by the candidates.

DSAT 2020 Admit Card

DSAT 2020 Result

DSAT 2020 Counselling

DSAT Counselling will take place after the announcement of result for various programmes. It will be conducted in the first to second week of June 2020 in various rounds.

Only the students whose name will be included in the merit list will be eligible to apply for counselling process. During the counselling process, students must show their complete documents/ certificates for the document verification procedure.
