NID 2019 Exam Schedule have been announced now. The National Institute of Design (NID) has announce NID 2019 Exam Dates through online mode. NID entrance exam is a national level exam. It will be organized for admission to the B.Des, GDPD and M.Des programs at NID campuses across India. NID exam will be conducted in two stages, i.e. Preliminary and Mains. After completion of both the exam, the authority will prepare final merit list. Candidates whose name will be in the merit list eligible for admission in NID campuses. NID Exam Schedule 2019

Pre-Examination Schedule:
The NID 2019 Application Form is available from 1st October 2018. Last date to fill the application form is 30th November 2018. The application form is available through online mode.
The conducting authority provides facility to review and edit the application form from 1st to 4th December 2018.
The exam conducting authority has released NID admit card 2019 for both prelim and mains exam. Admit card is available on 17th December 2018 (DAT prelim) and on 1st May 2019 for B.Des & GDPD and on 1st March 2019 (DAT Mains).
NID 2019 Exam will be conducted in two stages preliminary and mains. The DAT 2019 prelim exam will be conducted on 6th January 2019. DAT 2019 main exam will be conducted 12th-19th May 2019 (B.Des) and 11th-12th April 2019 (M.Des).
The university will also release the cut off marks for providing admission in the respective course.
Post-Examination Schedule:
The authority will release provisional answer key of NID prelim exam for all the set of the question papers. Candidates will have an option to challenge the answer key through online mode.
Window to challenge the answer key will be started from third week of January 2019. The final NID answer key for DAT prelim will be released in last week of January 2019.
The NID 2019 Result for prelim exam will be declared on 19th March 2019 (B.Des & GDPD) and 15th February 2019. The result will be available in online mode. Based on score obtained in NID prelim separate merit list will be prepared for each category.
Based on the merit list of prelim exam eligible candidates will be called for NID DAT 2019 Mains. The final merit list will be prepared category-wise based on sum total of weightage score scored by candidate in prelim and mains exam.
The NID 2019 counseling is expected to be held in second week of June 2019. Candidates with their name in the merit list will be called for counseling as per their rank.
The counseling procedure will be conducted in offline mode. Candidates will have to present all specified documents in original and copy for document verification.
