AMU 2021 Application Form

Know the details about AMU 2021 Application Form in the below given section:

  • AMU 2021 Application form can be filled through online mode from the website.
  • Students will be required to fill separate application for each course of study. However, a single application is to be submitted for course whose combined entrance test will be conducted.
  • To fill application form, students must register online providing working email-id & mobile number. The login details will be sent to it.
  • Students must avoid submission of multiple forms as it will lead to rejection.
  • Last date to apply for B.Tech programmes is till third week of March 2021.
  • Complete details in the application form must be submitted accurate as students will not be able to make correction in the form after the last date of submission.
  • Applications will get rejected in case of – incomplete information, wrong format or details, unpaid fee or submission after the last date.
  • After submission of form, students must print the application form and fee payment receipt for further use in future.

Application Fee:

Payment Mode: AMU Application Fee can be paid using debit/credit card or net banking.

Students can also pay fee through offline mode through Bank Challan method of Canara Bank or ICICI OR through DD drawn in the favor of “Finance Officer” payable at Aligarh.

AMU 2021 Eligibility Criteria

Know AMU Eligibility Criteria for various UG/PG courses in the below given section:

For B.Com (Hons) Programme:

  • Qualifying Exam: Passed 12th level (Commerce) or its equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks: Obtained minimum of 55% marks in the qualifying exam.
  • Qualifying Subjects: Passed the qualifying exam with Accounts & English subjects along with any two subjects among – Business Studies, Economics, Commerce, Business Organization, Banking, Mathematics, Statistics or Entrepreneurship.

For B.Tech Programme:

  • Qualifying Exam: Passed 12th level / diploma in engineering or equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks: Obtained minimum of 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
  • Qualifying Subjects: Applying candidate must have passed the qualifying exam with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English subjects (PCME).

For B.A (Hons):

  • Qualifying Exam: Passed 12th level (Commerce) or its equivalent exam from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks: Passed 12th level with aggregate of at least 50% marks.
  • Qualifying Subjects: Students must score aggregate marks in English and three subjects among – Accountancy, Arabic, Banking, Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Business Organization, Business Studies, Commerce, Computer Science, Home Science, Economics, Education, English, Fine Arts, Physical Health Education, Geography, Hindi, History, Islamic Studies, Mathematics, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science/Civics, Persian, Psychology, Sanskrit, Sociology, Statistics, Urdu and Modern Indian Languages.

For MBA (Financial Management):

  • Qualifying Exam: Passed Bachelor Degree from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks: Passed Bachelor Degree with aggregate of atleast of 50% marks.

For M.Com:

  • Qualifying Exam: Passed B.Com (Hons) from a recognized board or university.
  • Qualifying Marks: Passed the qualifying exam with aggregate of atleast of 55% marks.

AMU 2021 Exam Pattern

Know complete details of AMU Exam pattern in the below given section:

  • Exam Mode & Date: The entrance exam will be held in offline mode on various dates for various courses.
  • Number of Sections: The number of sections will vary for various courses. For B.Tech course, the exam will have 3 sections – Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry. For MBA, the paper will be divided into four sections – Data Interpretation & Numerical Ability, Environmental Awareness, Reasoning & Intelligence and Comprehension & Verbal Ability.
  • Type of Questions: There will be multiple choice type questions in the paper.
  • Number of Questions: Total of 150 questions for B.Tech and 100 for MBA will be there in the paper.
  • Total Marks: Paper of B.Tech will be of 150 marks and MBA will be of 100 marks.
  • Time Duration: Paper will be of 3 hours.
  • Marking Scheme: 1 mark will be provided for every correct answer. 0.25 marks will be deducted.

AMU 2021 Syllabus

Know AMU Syllabus 2021 for various courses below:

For B.Tech – Questions in the AMUEEE 2021 will be from various topics of the Physics, Mathematics & Chemistry subjects studied in the 11th & 12th level.

For B.A (Hons) – The questions in the entrance test will be from – Indo-Islamic Culture and Aligarh Movement, English, Reasoning and Intelligence and General Awareness and Current Affairs.

For MBA – For MBA admission, the syllabus of entrance test will contain topics from – Environmental awareness, quantitative & numerical ability, comprehension & verbal ability, Reasoning & intelligence, Data analysis & interpretation.

AMU 2021 Admit Card

AMU 2021 Admit card will be made available on the website few days before the entrance test. Students will get it only through online mode. Only successfully registered applicants will get their admit card online by submitting their login details.

Complete instructions for the exam will be mentioned on the AMU admit card, Candidates will have to affix their passport size photograph on the admit card after downloading it. On the exam day students must bring their photo id proof and other documents mentioned on the issued admit card.

AMU 2021 Answer Key

Students will be able to download AMU 2021 Answer key for various papers. It will be made available in various sets. Through Answer key, students will be able to get details of probable marks secured in the entrance test.

After the display of AMU answer key, students will be able to challenge the answer key. Students must report the error before the last date.

AMU 2021 Cut Off

Students who will successfully attain AMU Cut off marks will be eligible for next admission round. Only the eligible candidates securing the cut off will be able to get admission. The cut off will be released separately for various courses and for various categories.

AMU Cut off will be prepared based on various factors like – difficulty level of paper, number of appearing candidates, number of seats available, reservation policy, etc.

AMU 2021 Result

The result of AMU 2021 will be declared in the 2nd week of June 2021 through online mode on the website. Students will be able to get their result by entering their login details. Students after the result will be notified about the further admission procedure.

The AMU result will mention details of the candidate like – name, marks, rank, score, section-wise marks secured, etc.

AMU 2021 Counselling

AMU will conduct counselling/interview sessions after the declaration of result. The schedule for counselling/ interview will be displayed on the website. Students must be informed about the counselling/ interview details through the University Notice Boards or through website.

After students get information about the AMU counselling, it will be their own responsibility to make timely arrangements to appear for interview/ counselling and complete their admission. Students must carry their necessary documents/ certificates with them for document verification round.
