Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) is an autonomous institution which conducts its own entrance exam. It is a National level entrance exam, which offers admissions in the field of Film & Television and its core specializations. Candidates will get admission in PG Diploma and Certificate programmes through this entrance examination. FTII 2021 Counselling
The counselling will be the next stage of getting admission to the university. Candidates those have appeared on the written exam will have to attend the counselling procedure in person.
Candidates will be selected for admission on the basis of written examination and workshop & interview session organized in campus. Candidates will have to clear all rounds for admission.
It will be compulsory for the candidates to qualify the further admission rounds such as interview and workshop. Final admission will be done on the basis of various admission rounds.
FTII 2021 Result
FTII 2021 result will be published through online mode. Result will be declared in third week of April 2021. Candidates are advised to check their result carefully. In case candidates found any discrepancy in the result then they can contact to the officials.
A separate merit list will be prepared by the authorities as per the mark of candidates in examination. No any offline merit list will be released through offline mode.
FTII 2021 Counselling Schedule
Candidates those wish to get admission in PG Diploma and Certificate courses in Film can fill the application form on the website. Candidates will be selected on the basis of their marks secured in the written entrance exam.
After the declaration of the result, the candidates will be shortlisted and called for the next rounds. The admission counselling procedure will be held at the designated centers.

Reservation Criteria
The reservation of seats in each course is decided by as per the government rules. The classification of seats for various reserve categories will be as given below:

FTII Selection Procedure
Candidates will be shortlisted for orientation/interview/Audition round on the basis of their performance in the written test.
Candidates will need to bring the original required documents along with their photocopies for the verification process. The practical tests will be conducted in Pune.
A final merit list will be prepared by the authority on the basis of written examination, orientation, interview and medical test at each stage. It will carry the 20%, 50% (20% practical+ 30% written) and 30% of Medical test. Candidates have to clear all the rounds in order to get admission.
FTII Admission 2021
After conduction of the result and counselling procedures, candidates have to visit the University for getting the admission.
Candidates have to complete all the admission related formalities such as document verification, submission of admission fee, etc. In case the document submitted by the candidates will find to be false, then their admissions will be forfeited or can be cancelled.
Without verification of documents seat will not be allotted to the candidates. Candidates have to pay admission fee on the day of counselling.
