REAP 2020 Counselling will be conducted by the exam conducting authority. Rajasthan Technical University organizes the admission process of REAP. This is an engineering admission process through which the eligible candidates will be offered admission in B.Tech, B.Arch. and B.E programmes. No entrance test will be organized for admission by the authority. Candidate on the basis of marks of their 12^th level and Score of JEE Main will be provided admission in various affiliated institutions situated in Rajasthan. REAP 2020 Counselling

The counselling process of REAP 2020 will be organized by the board after the selection of the candidates in the merit list. The counselling process will be conducted in various segments. The complete schedule and procedure of counselling will be released on the website.

The authority will be conducting centralized counselling for direct admission of the candidates in various programmes. During the counselling process, the certificate verification and seat allotment process will be conducted.

The authority will also publish the cut off marks for offering admission in the various courses. The candidates those will qualify the cut off marks will be eligible for the admission.

REAP 2020 Counselling Process

The centralized counselling process of REAP 2020 will be organized in various rounds for direct admission. Complete counselling process is described below:

Choice Filling and Locking

For the counselling process, candidates with the starting of the application procedure will be required to fill choices. The last date of choice filling will be till August 2020 for B.Tech and till October 2020 for B.Arch. Students will have to make choices by filling the streams and institutions in which they want admission.

An online option form will be filled and submitted by the candidates. After making the choices candidates will have to lock the choices.

Seat Allotment

In the order of merit and as per the choices locked by the candidates, seats will be allocated. Seat Allotment process will be also done on the basis of merit obtained, choices locked and availability of seats. Candidates will have to download the allotment letter online through the website and report at respective institution.

Reporting and Verification of Documents

After the seat allotment successfully, candidates will have to report individually at the allotted centers. Candidates must report as per the date and time allotted to the candidates.

At the reporting institution, candidates will have to carry their required documents for the document verification process.

REAP 2020 Counselling process will consist of choice filling, seat allotment and document verification of the candidates. After the first round of counselling, special round will be organized for the admission of special priority candidates.
