MP PAT 2021 Application Form will get released from last week of May 2021. Madhya Pradesh Pre-Agriculture Test (MP PAT) is a state level entrance exam. It will be organized by MP Professional Examination Board, Bhopal. Admission will be offered to candidates in B.Sc. (Agriculture), B.Tech (Agriculture Engineering), B.Sc. (Forestry) and B.Sc. MP PAT 2021 Application Form
Candidates must go through following details regarding MP PAT Registration:
- MP PAT 2021 application form will be made available via online mode. No other mode will be entertained.
- Candidates will be able to fill the application form from fourth week of May 2021.
- The last date to submit application form will be second week of June 2021.
- While filling application form, candidates must not forget to upload passport size photograph & signature in prescribed format.
- All important information will be sent to candidates registered ID & number so it must be valid/ working.
- Candidates will also get an option to correct incorrect details in the application form for limited time period.
- There will be no need to send any hard copy of filled in application form to exam conducting authority.
- Once all details will be completely filled, candidates must take its printout & keep it safe till future use.
Application Fee:
- Candidates will be able to submit the application fee via online mode.
- Mode of payment includes credit card, debit card or net banking.
- The application fee for general category candidates will be Rs. 500/- while for reserved category will be Rs. 250/-.
- In any case, the application fee will be non-refundable.
MP PAT Application Correction
Candidates will be able to rectify mistakes (if any) done in the application form for limited time period. It will be made available from last week of May till third week of June 2021. It will be one time opportunity for candidates to edit details in the form.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials to edit incorrect details. Candidates are advised to re-check the details before submission as no facility will be provided later.
MP PAT Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must go through following eligibility norms before applying for MP PAT 2021:
For B.Sc. (Agriculture & Horticulture) Programme:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12thlevel examination from any recognized board or university.
- Mandatory subject: Applying candidate must have Physics & Mathematics as their mandatory subject along with any one from Forestry, Agriculture, Biology or Mathematics subjects.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in qualifying exam in year 2021 will be also eligible to apply for MP PAT 2021.
For B.Sc. (Forestry) Programme:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board or university.
- Mandatory subject: Candidate must have Physics & Chemistry as their mandatory subject along with any one from Forestry, Agriculture, Bio-technology or Mathematics subjects.
- Appearing: Appearing category candidates will be also eligible to apply.
For B.Sc. (Agriculture Engineering) Programme:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify intermediate or equivalent examination from any recognized board or university.
- Mandatory subject: Candidate must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics & English (PCME) as their mandatory subject in the qualifying exam
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in qualifying exam will be also eligible to apply.
MP PAT 2021 Application Dates

- Click on the given link, “MP PAT 2021 Registration”
- After that, click on the “Citizen Service”.
- Now application form will appear on your computer screen.
- Read the given instruction & tick on, “I Agree” option.
- Fill basic & asked details as candidates name, mail ID & phone number.
- A confirmation text or SMS will be sent to candidates registered ID & number.
- Fill academic, address & other asked details in the application form.
- Upload scanned image of passport size photograph, signature & thumb impression.
- Re-check & verify the given details.
- After verification, submit the application fee.
