NCHMCT JEE 2021 Application Form
Candidates can check details about NCHMCT JEE 2021 application form from below:
- Application Form will be released through online mode. Any offline mode will not be entertained.
- Candidates can fill their application form from the first week of January 2021.
- Fill all asked details, i. e. personal, academic and other details carefully.
- Upload documents including passport size photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
- Fill all the details carefully in the application form as no editing will be possible after submission of form.
- Application form can be filled till last week of February 2021.

NCHMCT JEE 2021 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must go through NCHMCT JEE Eligibility criteria before applying:
- Nationality: Candidates must be an Indian citizen.
- Age Limit: For General and OBC category candidates, the age limit is 25 years (28 years for SC/ ST) as on 1st July 2021.
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2 level from any recognized board.
- Subjects: Candidates must have passed their qualifying examination with English subject as core/functional/elective.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in 12th level are eligible to apply.
- Medical Fitness: Candidates must be medically fit and possess a medical certificate.
NCHMCT JEE 2021 Exam Pattern

Authority will not send any admit card to the candidates by post or any other offline mode. Candidates must bring their admit card on the day of examination. Take printout of the admit card and keep it secure.
NCHMCT JEE 2021 Result
Result will be declared through online mode on the website. Candidates can check their NCHMCT JEE result in second week of May 2021. The result can be checked using application number and date of birth.
Candidates must check complete details mentioned on the result. Authority will also publish merit list to the candidates. Candidates must take printout of the result for future references.
NCHMCT JEE 2021 Cut Off
