JEXPO 2020 Exam Dates has been released by the authorities. West Bengal State Council of Technical Education organizes the JEXPO entrance exam every year. It is the state level entrance exam through which candidates can get admission in diploma courses offered in the state of West Bengal. It is also referred by the name of Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics. Large numbers of candidates appear in the exam for admissions to diploma courses in engineering/ technology/ architecture. The examination will be conducted through offline mode. Admission in diploma courses in the various polytechnic institutions of the state will be offered on the basis of candidate’s marks scored in the exam. Here we have mentioned the tentative schedule for JEXPO 2020 exam:

JEXPO 2020 Exam Schedule

JEXPO printed OMR & Online application form will be released from last week of January 2020. The last date to fill the JEXPO 2020 application form will be till first week of March 2020. Candidates are advised to submit the application form before last date. Application forms can be purchased from the Polytechnics listed on the website.

Candidates will have to pay the fee in cash till the last date. Candidates will be able to download the JEXPO 2020 Admit Card from first week of April 2020.

The test will be conducted in last week of April 2020 through offline mode. Candidates will be able to check their JEXPO 2020 Result in third week of May 2020. After the declaration of result,  JEXPO 2020 Counselling will be started from first week of June 2020. Candidates who will qualify the exam will be able to participate in the counselling process.

JEXPO 2020 Application Form

Candidates must check following details regarding JEXPO 2020 application form:

• The application form will be commenced through online as well as offline mode.
• It will be commenced from last week of January 2020 to first week of March 2020.
• Offline application form will be submitted to any of the polytechnic institute of West Bengal.
• While filling application form, candidates will have to upload passport size photograph & signature.
• Authority will not provide any correction facility in the application form.
• Candidates must also take printout of the filled application form for further use.

Application Fee:

• The fee payment can also be done through online as well as offline mode.
• Online mode includes credit card, debit card or net-banking.
• Cash payment method can be used for offline mode.
• The fee payment for different category & mode can be as follow:

JEXPO 2020 Eligibility

Candidates must check the following JEXPO 2020 eligibility criteria before applying:

• Nationality: Candidates should be an Indian citizen.
• Qualifications: Candidates must have passed 10^th class examination from any recognized board.
• Appearing Candidates: Candidates those are appearing in their 10^th class are also eligible to apply.
• Marks Criteria: Candidates must have secure 35% marks in their 10^th class.
