WBJEE 2020 Application Form Correction will be started from last week of January 2020. West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination Board will regulate the WBJEE examination. It is a state level examination conducted for providing admission in UG courses in the field of engineering & technology, pharmacy and architecture. Various government and private colleges of West Bengal state gives admission on the basis of WBJEE scores. Here, we are providing details for WBJEE Application Form Correction 2020.
WBJEE 2020 Application Form
The WBJEE 2020 application form will be released in third week of December 2019. It will be filled and submitted through online mode. The application fee will be Rs. 500/- which can be paid through online and offline modes.
Candidates will have to upload the scanned copy of photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression as per the prescribed format. There will be no need to send the printout of the application form to the board.
WBJEE 2020 Application Form Correction
The board will provide the correction facility for those candidates who have made mistakes in the application form. It will be only one time opportunity for candidates to make corrections. After the correction period, no correction will be permitted.
During the correction period, candidates will be able to make corrections in the application form using edit mode. The correction will be allowed only in some particular fields. The fields that cannot be corrected in the application form will be as mentioned below:
- Name
- Father’s Name
- Mother’s Name
- Date of Birth

How to Make Correction
Candidates can go through the steps given below to make correction in the application form:
- Firstly, visit the official website link (link will be given above).
- The candidate’s sign in page will be opened on the screen.
- Enter application number, password and security code.
- Click on the “Sign In” button.
- Now, choose the “Edit” mode.
- Make the necessary correction/editing in the application form.
- After making the correction save it.
- Candidates must take printout of the corrected application form for further use.
Correction in Images
The board will also provide the facility to make correction in uploaded images. The correction will be done through online mode only.
Candidates will receive any SMS or Email regarding discrepancy in the uploaded images. Candidates will be required to make correction immediately within one day.
The images should be uploaded as per the specification given in the information bulletin. Candidates will be able to check the specifications for images from below:
