TNEA 2020 cut off will be released by online mode. Anna University offers admission through TNEA in the undergraduate engineering courses on the basis of cut off marks. On reaching the cut off marks set by the Anna University, candidate can get admission in various colleges of Engineering in the state of Tamil Nadu. So, it is mandatory to secure the/cut-off marks for getting admission. Candidates can get more information related to the TNEA cut off 2020 along with counselling process.

TNEA 2020 Cut Off

The cut off marks are the minimum marks which will be fixed by the Anna University to screen the candidates for further rounds of the admission process. It is necessary for the candidates to secure the minimum qualifying marks set by the university.

The cut off will be prepared on various factors such as last year cut off, number of candidates applied for admission, availability of seats and many others. The cut off will be released after releasing the admission notification for the academic year.

Branch-Wise Cut Off

Candidates can check the branch-wise closing rank at which the admissions is provided. The cut off marks help the candidates to choose the course as per their rank and cut off marks.

The cut off will be released by the each institution in the form of opening and closing ranks. Candidates can view the stream-wise closing rank for all streams.

The admissions are offered to the candidates those will obtain the cut off closing ranks.

TNEA 2020 Rank List

The university prepares the separate rank list for admission. TNEA result will be released on the basis of the prepared merit list. The rank list will be released only for the candidates those will successfully fill the application form.

The rank list will be prepared after the equalizing process on the basis of 12th class marks. TNEA ranks for the various category candidates will be prepared after considering various factors.

Candidates will be called for counselling according to the prepared merit list.

TNEA 20120 Counselling

On the basis of merit and reservation criteria, the allotment of seats in various colleges will be done. In counselling process, the college/branches will be allotted to the candidates as per their ranks and filled choices

The certificate verification will be conducted from June 2020. Candidates have to choose the colleges/branches available at the time of counselling. Candidates should produce their original certificates at the time of counselling.

The allotment letter from the college/institution will be provided to the candidates which have to be produced in the allotted college at the time of admission.
