UG Programmes

For admission into various UG Programmes, the entrance test will contain questions from the subjects taught to the candidates in their intermediate level in various Boards like CBSE, ISC and UP Board. Below we have listed various topics which will be covered in various entrance exams

For BCA Programme

The questions in the entrance test for admission into BCA programme will be from various topics like General Knowledge, Computer Science, English, Comprehension, Logical Reasoning, Numerical Aptitude, Physics and Mathematics.

For LLB (Integrated) Programme

The questions in the entrance test for admission into LLB integrated programme will be from Current affairs, General Awareness, Aptitude, Common Legal Knowledge and Mental Ability.

For B.Com Programme

The questions in the entrance test for admission into B.Comprogramme will be from Accounting, Economics, Commerce and Mathematics.

For B.Sc (Mathematics Group)

The questions in the entrance test for admission into B.Sc (Mathematics Group) programme will be from the topics of the subjects Chemistry, Mathematics and Physics studied in 10+2 level.

For B.Sc (Biology) Programme

The questions in the entrance test for admission into B.Sc (Biology) programme will be from the topics of the subjects Chemistry, Zoology and Botany studied in 10+2 level.

For BA and BA (Hons)

The entrance test organized for admission into BA and BA (Hons) will contain questions from the subjects – English, Hindi, Geography, History, Economics, Psychology, Political Science and Sociology.

BFA/BVA and all Certificate and Diploma Courses

The entrance test for admission into BVA/BFA or diploma courses will be based on written exam and practical. In the written exam there will be objective type questions related to General Awareness and Arts. While the practical section will be based on Object drawing in pencil with light and shade and Memory Drawing in pencil.

PG Programmes

For admission into various PG Programmes, the entrance test will be based on the syllabus of UG Programmes of Lucknow University. Below we have listed various topics which will be asked in various entrance exams for PG admission:

For MCA programme

The entrance test for admission into MCA Programme will contain questions from – BCA level, Logical Aptitude, General Awareness and Mental Ability.

For LLB (Three year)

The entrance test conducted for admission into LLB Programme will comprise of questions from Logical Aptitude, Mental Ability, and Indian Polity: Structure and Functions and General Awareness.

For MVA Programme

For admission into MVA Programme, the admission will be based on entrance test which will be conducted in three parts – Practical Exam, Written Exam and Interview. The Practical Exam will be based on Object Drawing (Pen and Shade). The Written test will contain questions related to the department in which candidate is seeking admission. While in the interview, the candidates will be asked questions based on the portfolio brought of his/her work.
