Kalyani University 2020 Application Form

Kalyani University 2020 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates are advised to go through the Kalyani University 2020 eligibility criteria before filling the application form:

For UG Courses:

• Qualifications: Candidates must have passed 10^th & 12^th level examination form any recognized board or equivalent.
• Marks: Candidates should have passed their qualifying exam with 45% marks (40% for reserved category).
• Appearing: Candidates those appearing in their 12^th level are also eligible to apply.

For PG Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates must have 3 years Graduation degree as per the courses from any UGC recognized board.

For M.Tech Courses:

• Qualification: Candidates should have passed B.Tech degree from any recognized university or institution.

Kalyani University 2020 Admission Procedure

Kalyani University 2020 Admission Procedure will get started after release of application process. Admission will be done based on the various factors i.e.entrance examination and merit list, GD/PI and interview rounds.

For PG courses, students who have passed from other universities as well as who have not secured admission under home university category (60%) have to appear for entrance test. Students who possess Bachelor’s degree of Kalyani University will get admission into PG courses on the basis of their merit scores obtained in the qualifying exam.

Shortlisted candidates will have to attend admission test and interview organized by the university. Final seat will be allotted to the candidates based on the documents verification and interview rounds.

Kalyani University 2020 Merit List

Kalyani University 2020 Merit list will be released through online mode. Merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the admission test and GD/ PI rounds.

The merit list for PG courses (60% home university passed candidates) will be released in the fourth week of July 2020. The merit list for PG courses (40% home university passed candidates) will be released in the 3^rd week of August 2020.

Candidates whose name will be present in the merit list will be called for the documents verification process. Merit list will be released separately for each subject.

Kalyani University 2020 Counselling

Kalyani University 2020 Counselling will be organized in the month of July 2020 for UG courses and in the month of August 2020 for PG courses. Admission will be done based on entrance exam conducted by the university and through merit scores of qualifying exam.

Seats will be allotted to the candidates based on various factors like marks obtained by the candidates in qualifying exam, availability of seats, etc. Candidates are advised to bring all the original documents for verification.

After final submission of the admission fee and documents verification, seats will be allotted to the candidates. If candidates will not pay admission fee at the day of admission then seats will get cancelled of that candidate.
