Candidates can fill the application form of NCHMCT JEE 2020 by following the steps given below:

Log on to the Website

• Candidates in the first step have to visit the website of NCHMCT (Link will be given above).
• Now, log in by providing the details like Name, Category, DOB and Email id.
• After submitting the details, an SMS will be sent to the candidates email id about the confirmation of successful log in.

Filling the Application Form

• Now, candidates have to again log in using email id and DOB.
• Fill the application form by providing the information of candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, gender, date of birth, exam city, category, address, educational qualifications, email id etc.

Upload Signature and Photograph

• Candidates in the next step are required to upload their scanned signature and photograph as per the below specifications:

Payment of Application Fee

• Candidates after the successful uploading of the images, have to pay the application fee for NCHMCT JEE 2020.

• After the successful payment of application fee, candidate can now save the application form.
• After that take the print out of the submitted application form.

NCHMCT JEE 2020 Application Form

Candidates will be able to fill the NCHMCT JEE 2020 application form through online mode. The application form will be released from last week of December 2019. Application form will continue till second week of April 2020.

Candidate should fill the application form carefully. Incomplete & multiple application forms will get rejected. Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph & signature in the application form as per the prescribed format.
