Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER) organizes the Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP 2019) examination. Uttarakhand Polytechnic Application Form 2019
- Candidates have to fill the JEEP application form 2019 through online & offline mode only.
- It has been released from 20th December 2018 for online mode.
- The offline application form will be available from 15th January to 28th February 2019 from available polytechnic colleges.
- Candidates have to fill their personal, educational, communication and course details during the registration.
- Candidates are required to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
- No correction or modification facility will be provided for the application form.
- Multiple registrations for the same course/group will not be permitted.
- For applying in each group, candidates have to fill separate application form.
- Take a printout of the confirmation page for further use.

Application Fee:
- The application fee is Rs. 800/- for general and OBC and Rs. 500/- for SC/ST candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

Age Criteria: There is no age criteria to apply in any of the offered courses.
Appearing Candidates: Such candidates are also eligible to apply.

| A | Later Entry in Diploma Engineering | 12th passed with PCM subjects, 12th with vocation stream or ITI (two years) candidates are eligible to apply. |
Uttarakhand Polytechnic Exam Pattern 2019
Candidates can check here the detailed JEEP exam pattern:
- Duration: The exam duration will be total two hours.
- Session: The exam will be conducted in two sessions, i.e. morning (10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon) and afternoon (2:00 PM to 4:00 PM).
- Mode of Exam: The exam will be organized through offline (pen and paper based) mode.
- Subjects: The subjects will be different for various courses.
- Answer Mode: Candidates have to mark their answers using blue or black ball point pen.
- Marking Scheme: 5 marks will be given for each correct answer.
- Negative Marking: 1 mark will be deducted for each wrong answer.
Uttarakhand Polytechnic Syllabus 2019
- JEEP syllabus will vary as per the courses opted by students.
- For engineering & technology diploma, questions will be asked from Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects.
- For PG Diploma in Computer Application, the syllabus will comprises of English Comprehension, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, General Intelligence and General Awareness.
- Syllabus will be of 10th or 12th class standard as per the courses.

Uttarakhand Polytechnic admit card 2019 will be provided through online mode. It will be released on 15th April 2019. Without having admit card no candidate will be allowed to enter in the examination hall.

JEEP Counselling 2019
Uttarakhand Polytechnic counselling 2019 will be organized after the declaration of result. It will be conducted through online mode.
No separate counselling call letters will be sent to candidates. Students can participate in the counselling as per their rank.
Counselling process will be organized in different rounds. It has been divided into various steps like online registration, choice filling, seat allotment, document verification, etc.
Seats will be allotted to candidates on the basis of filled choices, rank, category and availability of seats. Candidates are required to bring their original documents along with photocopies for the verification process. Once the seat is allotted candidates have to report to the allotted college to confirm their admission.
