Students can get the Assam CEE Application Form 2019 via online mode through the website. The application form has been released from 1st March 2019.
Candidates can submit the application till 25th March 2019. No offline application form is available for this exam. Candidates should take a print copy of the application for future use.

Candidates can fill the application form through the following steps:

Step-1: Visit Official Link
- Visit the official website (link is given above).
- Click on the link “Application Form”.
- Read all the instructions carefully.
- Then, click on “NEXT” button.
- The application form will appear on the screen.
Step-2: Fill Details
Candidates are required to fill the following details in the application form:
Personal Details: Candidates Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Nationality, Date of Birth, Are you a permanent residence of Assam, Qualifying examination.
Address, Category & Exam Centre Details: Address, City, District, Mobile Number, STD Code, Pin Code, State, Telephone Number, Email ID, Category, Exam Center, etc.
Step-3: Upload Scanned Images
- Students have to upload the scanned images of a photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- The images should be scanned in JPG or JPEG format.
- A passport size colored photograph (with blue/white background). Dimension should be Height (250 pixels and 320 pixels) & Width (150 pixels and 220 pixels).
- Size of photograph should be maximum 35 kb and minimum 20kb.
- Scanned signature dimension should be Height (100 pixels and 180 pixels) & Width (150 pixels and 220 pixels).
- Size of Signature should be maximum 30kb and minimum 15kb.
- Go through the image upload option.
- Select the scanned images of photograph & signature and upload them.
Step-4: Fee Payment
- After the submission of the application form, students are required to pay fee.
- The application fee is Rs. 600/- for all candidates.
- The fee can be submitted online using “State Bank Collect” which facilitates payment through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking.
- Students are required to visit the nearest branch of SBI Bank and deposit the required fee.
- Candidates are advised to keep their copy of challan after depositing the fee.
Step-5: Print Application
- Students can take printouts of the application form after the confirmation of fee payment.
- Candidates have to enter their Application Form Number/Username and Password to take printout of the application.
- Students should preserve the printed application for further use.
- There is no need to send the application form to the authority.
