IIITM Kerala 2019 Application Form has been released through online mode on 1st March 2019. The institution organizes the ITCAT (Common Admission Test) & ITRAT (Research Aptitude Test) examinations. A few important tips regarding the IIITM Kerala Application Form 2019 are as follows:
- IIITM Kerala 2019 Application Form has been provided through online mode only.
- If a candidate desires to apply for more than a single course then they have to submit separate application forms for each course.
- Application form has been released from 1st March 2019.
- The candidates are required to provide scanned images of their recent passport size photograph and signature.
- Candidates are required to send the printed application along with required documents to the address given below:

Application Fee:
- The application fee is different for each category of applicants.
- The application fee can be paid through online mode via Credit/debit card or net banking.
- In offline mode, candidates can pay through DD drawn in favor of Director IIITM-K, Technopark payable at Thiruvananthapuram.
- In case of payment through DD, candidates have to send their application form along with DD to the specified address..

Eligibility Criteria
The Eligibility Criteria of the IIITM Kerala examinations are given below:
For M.Sc. (Computer Science):
- Qualifying Exam: Candidate must have passed bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology/ science with mathematics stream.
- Percentage: Candidate must secure at least 60% marks or CGPA/ CPI of 6.5 out of 10 in the qualifying exam.
- GATE/ CUSAT CAT score holders are not required to take the test.
- The candidate who is applying for M.Sc. (Geo-spatial Analytic) course must pass above qualifying exam or graduation in Geosciences specialization.
- Appearing Candidates: The candidates who are appearing the final year examination can also apply.
For M.Phil. (Computer Science):
- Qualifying Exam: Candidate must have had M.Tech/M.Sc./MCA (Computer Science/Information Technology/Computational Science /Electronics/Geo-informatics) as qualifying examination.
- Subjects: Candidate must have the minimum of three papers in Computer science/Information Technology in the qualifying examination.
- Percentage: Candidate must have scored at least 60% aggregate marks or CGPA of above 6.5 in 10 points, or equivalent.
- The candidates who are appearing the final year examination can also apply.
- GATE/ CUSAT CAT score holders are not required to take the test.
M.Phil. (Ecological Informatics):
- Qualifying Exam: The candidate must have had passed in M.Sc. in Natural Sciences (Botany, Environmental Science, Zoology & Plant Science) or Physical Sciences.
- Appearing Candidates: The candidates appearing in their final year of the qualifying exams are also eligible.

How to Apply
The procedure to fill the IIITM Kerala 2019 Application Form is provided below:
Step-1: Registration
The candidates must register themselves first at the website in order to fill the application form. The candidates have to visit the website and click on the “Register now” tab.
They are required to provide their personal and contact information in order to register themselves. The candidates must provide a valid Email ID along with phone number.
Step-2: Filling the Application & Upload Images
After successful registration of the candidates they would receive their respective login credentials through Email and SMS at the registered Email ID and SMS. Candidates have to fill the application form correctly by providing their personal and academic information and filling all the mandatory fields.
They must also provide scanned copied of recent passport sized photograph and signature in the prescribed format. After this the candidates have to submit the application form by clicking the submit option.
Step-3: Payment of Fee
The candidate would be then redirected towards the payment page. Now, candidates are required to make the payment for the application fee through online or offline mode.
The IIITM Kerala Application Form will be released in the last week of March 2019. The candidates must keep updates regarding the application form and must submit the application within the time frame.
Any incomplete application form or any application without payment of fee will not be accepted by the authorities and the candidate will not be issued admit card.
