WBJEE 2019 Application Form

The application form will be released from the third week of December 2018. It will be filled and submitted through online mode. The application fee will be Rs. 500/- which can be paid through online and offline modes.

Candidates have to upload the scanned copy of photograph, signature and left-hand thumb impression as per the prescribed format. There will be no need to send the printout of the application form to the board.

WBJEE 2019 Application Form Correction

The board will provide the correction facility for those candidates who have made mistakes in the application form. It will be only one time opportunity for candidates to make corrections. After the correction period, no correction will be permitted.

During the correction period, candidates can make corrections in the application form using edit mode. The correction will be allowed only in some particular fields. The fields that cannot be corrected in the application form are mentioned below:

• Name
• Father’s Name
• Mother’s Name
• Date of Birth

How to Make Correction

Candidates can go through the steps given below to make correction in the application form:

• Firstly, visit the official website link (link will be given above).
• The candidate’s sign in page will be opened on the screen.
• Enter application number, password and security code.
• Click on the “Sign In” button.
• Now, choose the “Edit” mode.
• Make the necessary correction/editing in the application form.
• After making the correction save it.
• Candidates must take printout of the corrected application form for further use.

Correction In Images

The board will also provide the facility to make correction in uploaded images. The corrections will be done through online mode only.

Candidates will receive any SMS or Email regarding discrepancy in the uploaded images. Candidates will be required to make correction immediately within one day.

The images should be uploaded as per the specification given in the information bulleting. Candidates can check the specifications for images from below:
