Candidates are advised to fill the application form carefully. Once it submitted, it cannot be modified on later stage.
- The application form can be accessed through online or can get from the admission counters present at Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Cochin, Coimbatore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai.
- Candidates can also get the UPESEAT prospectus and application form from the UPES Enrollment Offices at Dehradun and Delhi on cash payment.
- The UPESEAT 2019 application form filing process will be commenced from the second week of October 2018.
- Candidates can submit the application form till the third week of April 2019.
- Candidates should enter all the required details carefully in the application form and take printout of it.
Application Fee:
The application form along with the prospectus can be accessed by paying Rs. 1750/-. By post/courier, it can be get on payment of Rs. 1850/-.
The payment of application fee has to done in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favor of “UPES Fee Account”, payable at New Delhi. The fee can also be paid through debit card/credit card/internet banking.
Eligibility Criteria
It is necessary to meet the eligibilities given here to sit in the written exam and admisison.
Age Criteria:
- Candidate’s date of birth should fall on or after October 1, 1997.
- The DOB mentioned in the Secondary Education Board/University certificate will be considered.
Qualification:
- Admission through UPESEAT (Up to 80% seats): Candidates should pass class 10th and 12th form any recognized board with minimum 60% marks in PCM.
- Admission through Board merit/JEE Main score (Up to 20% seats):
- For Board Merit: Should pass 10th and 10+2 with 80% marks and minimum 60% aggregate marks in 12th PCM.
- For JEE Mains Merit: Must qualify the class 12th and 10th with 60% marks in intermediate with PCM.

- Register yourself by entering the personal details.
- Click on the ‘submit’ button.
- After that the link will be sent to the registered mail id.
- Activate your account with the given ID and Password.
- Fill the details such as preference of test centres, education, address, etc and upload the scanned images of signature and photograph.
- Now, make payment by using credit card/debit card/net banking.
- After the payment you will be provided with the unique application number.
- Note down the unique generated application number and take a printout of the application form.
