IIT JAM 2019 Result will be released on 20th March 2019. Joint Admission Test for M.Sc (JAM) is conducted for candidate those wishing to get admission in various IISc and IITs. It is a national level exam which is organized by IISc or IITs on rotation basis. Candidates can get admission admissions in IISc & IITs various courses such as M.Sc (Two years), M.Sc. IIT JAM 2019 Result
Every year IIT JAM Result 2019 will be declared by the authority after the conduction of exam. For individual test paper, an all India merit list will be prepared as per the candidate’s secured AIR rank. In order to check the result, Candidates have to use their login credentials such as enrolment ID/email ID and password. Candidates are informed to keep the printout of the result till admission the selection procedure. On the basis of written exam and some other factors the admission will be offered to the qualified candidates.
IIT JAM Result 2019 Date
IIT JAM written examination will be conducted on 10th February 2019. IIT JAM 2019 Result will be released on 20th March 2019 through online mode. Candidates can get their score card from 4th week of March till July 2019. The JAM rank & merit list will be available on 5th April 2019. Application form submission for admission process will be started from 11th April to 24th April 2019.
IIT JAM 2019 Merit List
Candidates can download their IIT JAM 2019 Score Card after few days of declaration of result. Qualified candidates can check their All India Rank along with total marks obtained. The score card is sent to the each candidate by post. On the basis of candidates score, a merit list will be prepared for the selection process. The number of students included in the Merit List (All India) will vary on the total number of seats available in each category(OBC-NCL, SC, ST, and PwD) in a given subject. On the basis of prepared merit list, candidates will be called for the counselling process.
Tie Breaking Criteria:
The candidate with a higher ratio of positive marks to negative marks will be given a higher rank in the examination. If this criterion fails to break ties, the students concerned will be awarded the same rank.
IIT JAM Answer Key 2019
IIT JAM answer key 2019 along with question papers will be available for download from 25th February 2019. Candidates are also allowed to make objections in the answer key on any question along with justification. Challenges will be chargeable of Rs. 500 (for each question). The payment can be done through the online payment portal of the JOAPS. Answer key can be challenged from first week of March, 2019.
