Step-1: Registration
To fill the Application Form, the first step is to register on the official website of the University. For this candidates have enter their name, email-id, date of birth, qualification and other details asked during the registration process. Before submitting the details, candidates must cross check all the details. An application number/username will be sent to the candidate’s registered mail id.
Step-2: Fill the Application Form
Log in again using the provided username and password. Now fill the Application Form by entering all the mandatory details in the form. Enter your personal, academic, communication, qualification and other details in the form. Verify all the details and move to the next step.
Step-3: Uploading Images and Selecting the Exam Venue
In this step, candidates are required to upload images of their scanned recent passport size photograph and signature. Candidates must make sure that they upload the images as per the mentioned specifications. Also candidates have to select their exam venue from the given list of places.

Step-4: Application Fee Payment
Last step is to pay the Application Fee, through the payment gateway. The application fee for B.Sc Nursing, MBBS, M.Sc, MPH and AHS Degree courses is Rs.500 and for Diploma in Nursing and AHS Fellowships and Diplomas is Rs.100.
The fee can be paid by the students through offline or online mode. For online mode, the fee can be paid through debit/credit card or net banking. For offline mode, fee can be paid through Bank Challan.

Step-5: Print the Application Form
Take the print out of the Application Form for further use in admission process. Candidates need not to send the hard copy of the filled application form to the Registrar. Also candidates will be sent an email stating the successful registration of the application form within a week of their final submission of form.
If in case candidates do not receive any mail regarding the successful registration, check with the Registrar Office by emailing to registrar@cmcvellore.ac.in quoting the application number.
