AIIMS 2019 Application Form

Online registration for AIIMS MBBS 2019 will be started from the first week of January 2019. Candidates cannot fill the AIIMS application form through any other mode, except online mode.

Candidates have to fill all the registration details carefully along with educational and personal details in the application form. Do not forget to take the printout of the application form and keep it safe till the admission procedure.

Application Fee:

The Fee payment will be done through online mode, candidates can use debit card/credit card/net banking & e-Challan facility. Fee will be paid at the time of final registration.

The application fee for General and both OBC-Creamy or Non-Creamy layer will be Rs. 1000/-. For SC/ST it will be Rs. 800/- and OPH category candidates are exempted to pay the fee.

How to Fill AIIMS 2019 Application Form

AIIMS 2019 application form filling procedure will be consisting of six steps:

Basic Registration:

Step-1: Registration
Step-2: Upload Images

Final Registration:

Step-3: Qualification and Address Details
Step-4: Make Payment
Step-5: City Choice
Step-6: Print of Confirmation Page

Basic Registration:

Check the given below steps to fill the AIIMS application form:

Step-1: Registration

• Go to the official website link. (link will be provided above)
• Click on ‘Academic Courses’ and select your course (MBBS).
• After, you have to select the ‘Registration’ from given Links.

• For new Registration, Click on ‘Click Here’ button.
• Read the information given therein and click on ‘Proceed’ button.
• Read all steps given for filling application form and start your registration process.

• Enter course applying, Personal details, Contact details, ID Proof number and contact details.
• Read the declaration of eligibility and tick on the given box and then click on ‘Register’ button.

• A Candidate ID & Password for future logins will be generated on your screen.
• Use your login details such as generated ID and password.

• Read all information that is mentioned by you is correct or not.

Step-2: Upload Images

• Candidates have to upload the scanned images of signature, photograph and thumb impression.
• Click on ‘Choose File’ button and select the file.
• Upload scanned image of photo (size should be in between 50-100 KB), signature and thumb impression (size limit is 20-100 KB).
• Images should be in JPG, JPEG, GIF & PNG format.
• Click on ‘Accept’ and after uploading of each image you will get the message of uploading of it.
• Tick on Declaration and click on ‘Proceed to next step’.

Basic Registration Details:

• Basic Registration shall by screened and if found in order, including uploaded images, Basic Registration will be ACCEPTED.
• If Rejected, the deficiencies can be corrected.
• Only those Application where the Basic Registration is ACCEPTED can proceed for Final Registration (Steps 3-6).
• Once ACCEPTED the Basic Registration will be stored and the Applicant can continue with Final Registration in future.

Final Registration:

• Candidates can now complete their final registration after the acceptance of basic registration.
• Now, click on the ‘Edit’ or ‘Proceed to Step 3’ button as per your convenience.

Step-3: Qualification and Address Details

• In step-3, candidates have to fill the qualifying exam, qualifying exam status, exam passed, scoring marks, address details, etc.
• Click on ‘Proceed to Step 4’.

 Step-4: Make Payment

 

• Now, pay the application fee through online mode.
• Click on the ‘Online Payment’ link.

• Select payment mode and click on ‘Proceed’ button.
• Candidates can select any one of them, i.e. Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking.
• Click on ‘Print’ button before proceeding to payment to take the printout of the application slip.

Step-5: City Choice

• Select the state first and then city as exam centre.
• Once the exam centre will be selected it cannot be altered.
• Click on ‘Proceed to Step 6’.

Step-6: Print of Confirmation Page

• Check every detail once again and if you want to edit it, do edit otherwise final submit it.
• After review your application form, click on ‘Print’ button to print your filled-in application form.

• You can also take 2-3 printouts of it.
• Must keep the copy of application form till admission procedure.
