BHU Application Form 2019 for MBA programme is starting from 10th September 2018. Banaras Hindu University (BHU) was founded by the Bharat Ratna Mahamana Pandit Madan Mohan Malaviya in 1916. It is one of the most reputed central universities in India. The university will conduct separate BHU Entrance Exam 2019 for UG & PG programmes, i.e. UET (Undergraduate Entrance Test) & PET (Postgraduate Entrance Test). BHU Application Form 2019
- Candidates will fill & submit the application form through online mode on the official website.
- Aadhaar card will be mandatory to fill the application except for J&K, Assam & Meghalaya states.
- The information bulletin & application form will not be sold in offline mode.
- BHU online Application Form 2019 will be issued from the first week of February 2019 for both UG & PG courses.
- The last date to fill the application form will be the first week of March 2019.
- Candidates must have scanned their photograph and signature as per instruction.
- Take a printout copy of the online filled up application form for future records.
Application Fee:
- The application fee can be deposited through online (credit card/debit card) & offline (Challan) modes.
- The Challan will be made from any branch of HDFC bank.

For UET Courses:
Age Criteria:
- Candidates should not be more than 22 years on 1st July 2019.
- 5 years relaxation in upper age limits for SC/ST & PC categories.
- 3 years relaxation in upper age limit for OBC category.

Exam Pattern

For UET:
- Shifts: The examination will be organized into two shifts, i.e. 8:00 AM onwards (1st Shift) & 3:00 p.m. onwards (2nd Shift).
- Exam Mode: The examination will be held in pen paper mode (offline mode).
- Language: The questions will be asked in English & Hindi language.
- Duration: The duration of exam will be 2 hours & 2½ hours as per the courses.
- Number of Questions: In the examination total 150 multiple choice questions will be asked.
- Total Marks: The question paper will be of 450 marks.
- Marking Scheme: For the correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded.
- Negative Marking: For the incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.
For PET:
- Shifts: The examination will be conducted in three shifts, i.e. 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM (1st shift), 12:00 Noon to 2:00 PM (2nd Shift) & 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (3rd Shift).
- Exam Mode: The exam will be held in offline mode.
- Number of Questions: Total 120 multiple choice questions will be asked in the examination.
- Duration: The exam duration will be 2 hours.
- Total Marks: The question paper will be of 360 marks.
- Marking Scheme: For the correct answer, 3 marks will be awarded.
- Negative Marking: For the incorrect answer, one mark will be deducted.
BHU Syllabus 2019
For UG courses, the syllabus will be comprised of 10+2 or equivalent examinations subjects, i.e. Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology. The PG courses syllabus will contain topics & chapters of graduation level. It includes the question from the relevant field/course opted by the candidates. The law exam syllabus comprises of General Awareness and Current Affairs, Common Legal Knowledge, Aptitude and Mental Ability sections.
FAQs (Most Asked Question)
BHU Admit Card 2019
Candidates will get the BHU 2019 admit card through online mode. The university will also sent email/SMS alert regarding to the admit card in the candidates registered email ID/mobile number.
BHU online admit card 2019 may be released in the fourth week of April 2019 (For UG) & the second week of May 2019 (For PG).
Candidates will be able to download their admit card by entering their email ID or registration ID.
Candidates have to paste passport size photograph in the space provided on the printout of the Admit Card under self-attestation.
BHU Answer Key 2019
The university will release the answer keys on different dates as per the UG & PG courses. The answer key will be published in the month of May 2019 for UET & PET.
It will be available through online mode on the official website in a pdf format. Candidates will check the answer key according to their set, i.e. SET 1, SET 2 & SET 3.
BHU Result 2019
Candidates will view their results through online mode. It will be declared in the third week of May 2019.
It can be viewed by entering roll number in the given space. Candidates will also get their practical admit card if shortlisted for practical along with the result.
The university will also inform the candidates via email/SMS about marks, overall merit & merit within the category in their registered email ID & mobile number.
After a few days of the result declaration, the university will release the BHU cut off 2019 for various courses.
BHU Counselling 2019
The university will organize BHU counselling for admission to the various courses covered under UET/PET. It will be started from the first week of July 2019.
Candidates will download their call letter to appear in the counselling. It will be issued through “Login” for the shortlisted candidates.
The University will adopt computerized counseling process for admissions to various courses. It will be comprised of the following steps: online preference entry, reporting to the counselling center & fee payment.
The admission of a candidate in a course will be done as per the merit, eligibility requirements, availability of seats, etc.
