TISSNET 2021 Interview (PI) will be started from April 2021. Students will be selected based on TISSNET scores and Personal Interview. TISSNET 2021 Admission will be provided on the basis of candidate’s performance in the Written Test and Interview Rounds. TISS conducts the entrance exam of TISSNET to offer admission into various M.A, B.A, M.Phil and Doctoral level Programmes. To get admission into various campuses of TISS, candidates must qualify their written test and Interview Round. TISSNET 2021 Admission
Admission into TISS Campuses situated in Tuljapur, Mumbai, Guwahati and Hyderabad will be done on the basis of written test and interview. Candidates will have to qualify both the written test and PI with minimum qualifying marks to be eligible for admission.
Students can register from April 2021. Students must have to register through online mode. The PI of TISSNET 2021 for MA will be started from April 2021 for various campuses. PI schedule for Guwahati campus will be started from May/ June 2021. Students will have to appear for Personal Interview remotely using online mode.
Students who will appear for PIT and PI in Mumbai campus, PIT scores will be discarded and only TISSNET and PI scores will be considered for final assessment.
Students need not to travel the TISS campuses as the process will be carried out through online mode only.
TISSNET 2021 Written Test
The first stage of selection for admission into TISS is qualifying the written test (TISSNET). The written test will be organized in online CBT mode. The pattern of the question paper will be different for various programmes.
The questions in the test will be of objective in nature. Total time duration of the exam will be of 1 hour 40 minutes for MA Programme and 1 hour 30 minutes for BA Programmes. There will be no negative marking for incorrect answers. The question paper will be of total 100 marks.
Candidates who qualify written test will be called for the interview and group discussion process.
TISSNET 2021 Pre – Interview Test/ Group Discussion
After candidates will successfully qualify the written test, they will become eligible forPI Rounds. PIT has been cancelled for the last year due to COVID- 19. In PIT Round, candidates will be provided with two topics for Group Discussion. Candidates will require discussing on any one topic and coming into consensus.
The PIT/ GD Round will be of total 50 marks. Candidates will be tested here to know their communication skills, teamwork, leadership quality and ability to perform under the situation of stress.

TISSNET 2021 Personal Interview
Candidates have to represent themselves in the Personal Interview Round. In this round, candidates have to represent themselves before the panel of interviewers and answer some basic questions. This will be carried out through online mode only and students need not to travel the TISS campuses.
PI Round will be of total 75 marks. Candidates will be asked basic questions to know about their experience, communication skills, educational background and other skills.
Note: No PIT or PI Round will be organized for admission into B.A Programme. Admission into B.A Programme will be done on the basis of written test.
TISSNET 2021 Admission into various programmes will be done on the basis of marks scored in written test and interview round. Candidates have to qualify the minimum cut off marks to be eligible for admission into the Institute.
Candidates will have to bring original documents for verification process. Without verification of documents seats will not be allotted to the candidates.
