Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2021 Application Form
Candidates must go through following details regarding Assam Polytechnic 2021 Application Form:
- Assam PAT 2021 Application Form will be made available via online mode.
- Candidates will be able to fill the application form from first week of March 2021.
- The last date to submit the application form will be first week of April 2021.
- Candidates are advised to go through complete eligibility norms before filling its application form. Application form will be accepted only of eligible candidates.
- At the time of registration, candidates are advised to upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- Also provide valid email ID & phone number in the application form as all important information will be send to it.
- Before submission of application form, candidates are advised to re-check & go through all complete & provided details.
Application Fee:
- Candidates will be able to submit the application fee via online as well as offline mode.
- Online mode of payment includes credit card, debit card, net banking.
- For offline mode, candidates will be able to submit the fee via challan at any branch of State Bank of India.
Assam Polytechnic Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must go through following details regarding Assam PAT Eligibility Criteria:
- Nationality: Indian & permanent resident of Assam candidates will eligible for examination.
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 10th/ H.S.L.C or equivalent examination from any recognized board or university to be eligible for Assam Polytechnic 2021.
- Mandatory subject: Candidates must have Science & Mathematics as their mandatory subject in the qualifying exam.
- Percentage: Candidates must score atleast 40% marks, 35% for SC and 33% for ST in 10thlevel examination.
- Domicile: Candidates must possess domicile certificate of Assam.
- Age Limit: Candidates must have born on or after 1stAugust 2000 & for reserved category on or after 1stAugust 1997.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2021 Exam Pattern
Candidates must go through following details regarding Assam Polytechnic (PAT) Exam Pattern:
- Exam Mode: Assam PAT 2021 will be organized via offline mode.
- Time: Candidates will get 2 hours to solve the question paper.
- Total no. of questions: Question paper will consist of 100 questions.
- Questions Type: The Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) will be asked in question paper.
- Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will consist of 1 mark.
- Negative marking:There will be no negative marking in the question paper.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2021 Syllabus
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) Syllabus will be published on website via online mode. Candidates are advised to study from 10thlevel topics from subjects as Science, Mathematics and English. Some of the topics from each subject will be as:
Science: Candidates must study from Physics, Chemistry, and Biology subjects.
Mathematics: It will consist of topics as Arithmetic’s, Matrices, Probability, Mathematical Reasoning, Sets & Functions, Trigonometry and many others.
English: It will include topics as Grammar & Command of Language.
General Knowledge: Topics under G.K will be as Indian Constitution, General Politics, India & its neighboring countries, scientific reservation, etc.

FAQ’s (Frequently Asked Questions)
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2021 Admit Card
Candidates will be able to download Assam Polytechnic Admit Card via online mode. It will get released from second week of May 2021. It will be mandatory for all applied candidates to carry admit card at the examination center.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as application number & date of birth to download admit card. No candidate will receive any admit card via post or courier. Also carry one valid ID proof (Aadhar card, Driving License, etc.) with admit card in the exam hall.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2021 Result
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) Result will be made available on website via online mode. It will get released in the first week of June 2021. Result will be published in the form of merit list. Candidates will have to use their login credentials to download their result.
Result will contain details as candidate’s name, roll number, marks scored in each subject, total marks, percentage, & result status (pass or fail). After the result declaration, qualified candidates will have to participate in the counselling procedure.
Assam Polytechnic (PAT) 2021 Counselling
Students who will get short listed in the merit list will be eligible to participate in the counselling process. Assam Polytechnic (PAT) Counselling will get start from first week of July 2021.
Candidates must also bring required documents at the time of counselling. It will be mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in the counselling process. Seats will be given to candidates in various institutes.
