Candidates must go through following details regarding Assam Polytechnic PAT 2021 application form:
- Assam Polytechnic PAT 2021 Application Form will be released on website through online mode.
- Candidates will be able to fill the application form for Assam PAT 2021 from first week of March 2021.
- The last date to submit the application form will be till first week of April 2021.
- Candidates are advised to fill all the necessary fields in the form as incomplete details will not be accepted.
- While filling application form, candidates must not forget to upload scanned image of photograph & signature in the prescribed format & size.
- All important & login details will be sent to candidates registered id & number so it must be valid/ working.
- The exam conducting authority will not provide any correction facility to make any changes in the form so candidates must verify the details before submission.
- After submission of form, no need to send the hardcopy of the form to the authority.

- The Application fee can be paid through online or offline mode.
- Net banking, credit card and debit card will be used via online mode.
- Offline fee can be submitted via State Bank of India (SBI) through challan.
- All category candidates have to submit Rs.500/- as application fee.
- The application fee will be non-refundable.

Candidates must check following eligibility norms before applying for Assam Polytechnic PAT 2021:
- Nationality: Indian nationals will be eligible to apply.
- Qualification: Applying candidates must qualify 10th level examination from any recognized board or university.
- Mandatory subjects: Students must have Science & Mathematics as their mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.
- Percentage: Candidates must have secured at least of 40% marks (35% for SC & 33% for ST category) to be eligible.
- Domicile: He/ she must have domicile of Assam state.
