UGC NET 2020 Answer Key
UGC NET 2020 Answer Key will be released by online mode. The NTA will release the answer key for each paper separately.
The answer key will contain all the correct answers of the questions asked in the papers. It will be published in the PDF format. The answer key will be released within a week after the examination.
How to Download UGC NET Answer Key
The answer key can be downloaded by the candidates by following the below steps:
- Visit the official website of NTA (link will be provided above).
- A new page will open displaying the answer key of UGC NET 2020.
- Now, click on the respective answer key & download it.
- Check the answers given in the answer key.
- Take out the print out of the answer key for future reference.
Challenging Answer Key
Candidates can make objections or challenge if in case they are not satisfied with the answers present in the answer key. For this, candidates have to fill up an online application form given in the website.
To challenge the answer key/ OMR sheet candidates have to submit fee of Rs.1000/- per question. Candidates can make the fee payment through online mode by debit/credit card or e-challan.
The final decision regarding answer key will be made by the authority after the revaluation of the objections made by the candidates. The authority will determine the changes to be made in the answer key and thereby will release the final answer key.
UGC NET 2020 Result
UGC NET 2020 Result for different papers and categories will be prepared on the basis of final answer key released. The result will be declared by the authority within a month after the examination from 24th September 2020 (for June session).
Candidates can check their result by entering their roll number, application number and date of birth. It will contain details like name, category, roll number, total marks obtained, and scores obtained in each paper and qualifying status
UGC NET Cut Off 2020
Candidates have to score minimum qualifying marks in UGC NET 2020 to be eligible for Assistant Professor Position and JRF. The minimum qualifying UGC NET 2020 cut off will be different for both the reserved and unreserved category.
The top 6% candidates will be shortlisted for assistant professor position from the merit list. For JRF separate merit list will be prepared from the qualified candidates.
The expected cut-off marks for different categories are given below:
