The university organizes Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET) & Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) to offer admission into Anna University. Candidates must check the following details regarding Anna University 2020 Application Form:
- The application form has been made available through online mode.
- No candidates will receive any application form through post or courier.
- For UG courses, candidates are able to apply from 12th August 2020 to 3rd September 2020.
- For PG courses, candidates can fill application form till 4th February 2020.
- All important communication regarding exam will be send to registered ID & no. so candidates must provide working email ID & contact number.
- It will be also mandatory for all the candidates to upload scanned image of photograph, signature & mandatory documents in the application form.
- The scanned image of photograph, signature & other documents must be in JPEG format between 20 KB to 30 KB in size.
- There will be no need to send any hard copy of filled in application form to the exam conducting authority.
- At last, candidates must also take printout of the application form for further use.

- Permanent community certificate
- First graduate certificate
- First graduate joint declaration

- Candidates will be able to submit the application form through online mode.
- The mode of payment includes credit card, debit card or net-banking.
- Application fee will be non-refundable/transferable in any case.

Anna University 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check following details regarding Anna University eligibility criteria:
UG Courses:
- Qualification: Candidates will have to qualify 12th or Intermediate from a recognized board or university.
- Mandatory subject: Candidates will have to qualify 12th level with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as mandatory subject.
- Percentage: Candidates will have to score minimum 50% marks (45% for OBC & 40% for reserved category).
PG Courses (M.Tech/ M.Arch/ M.E/ M.Plan):
- Qualification: Candidates will have to qualify Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from a recognized board or university.
- Percentage: Candidates must score minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved category candidates).
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in final semester of bachelor’s degree will be also eligible to apply for the examination.
