SRMHCAT Application Form 2020
Candidates must go through following details regarding SRMHCAT Application Form 2020:
- SRMHCAT Application Form 2020 has been released via online mode.
- The last date to submit the application form is till July 2020.
- The application form for MBA programs are offered in SRM IST Chennai – Kattankullathur campus SRM IST – NCR campus Delhi, SRM IST Ramapuram campus, SRM IST- Vadaplani Campus.
- Complete application form will be kept online for editing, except for mail ID & mobile number till last date.
- Candidates are advised to provide valid/ working mail ID & phone number as it is used for all correspondence.
- While filling application form, candidates must also upload passport size photograph & signature according to specified format and size.
- Once application from is completely filled, candidates are advised to take printout of filled in application form for further use.
Application Fee:
- The application fee is made available via online mode.
- Online mode of payment includes credit card, debit card or net banking.
- SRMHCAT Application fee is Rs.1100/-.
- The application fee is non-refundable in any case.
SRMHCAT 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must check following eligibility norms before filling SRMHCAT 2020 application form:
- For B.Tech course: Candidates must qualify intermediate with minimum 50% marks.
- For B.Com course: Candidates must qualify intermediate with minimum 50% marks with Accountancy, Mathematics, Economics and Business Studies.
- For MBA/ LLB (Integrated) course: Candidates must either qualify 12th level examination or must be appearing in 12th to be eligible with atleast 50% marks in qualifying exam.
- For LLB/ MA (English)/ MBA course: Candidates must be graduated from UGC recognized university with minimum 50% in the examination to be eligible for SRMHCAT.
- For M.Tech (Mechanical): Candidates must have qualify B.E/ M.Tech in Mechanical / Production/ Automobile / Industrial and Aeronautics with atleast 50% marks.
- Candidates appearing in the qualifying examination will also be eligible to apply.
SRMHCAT 2020 Exam Pattern
Candidates must go through following details regarding SRMHCAT 2020 Exam pattern:
- Exam Mode: SRMHCAT exam will be organized via online mode.
- No. of Questions: There will be total 100 questions in the examination.
- Questions Type: Question paper will consist of Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs).
- Duration: Candidates will get 1 hour 30 minutes to solve the question paper.
- Marking Scheme: Each correct answer will consist of 3 marks.
- Negative marking: There will be no negative marking for any incorrect answer.

SRMHCAT 2020 Syllabus
SRMHCAT 2020 Syllabus will consist of various topics in each section. Management topic will be related to business management. Topics under each section will be as:
- Logical Reasoning: Cubes & cubicles, no. test, direction & distance, relationship, coding & decoding, odd one out, statements, Venn diagram, logic, time sequence, alpha numeric symbols.
- English: Reading & comprehension, vocabulary, anonyms, synonyms, rearrangement, fill in the blanks, analogies, homonyms, inappropriate usage of words, idioms & phrases.
- General Awareness: Current affairs, History, Business News, Economics, Geography, Awards, Politics, Science, Sports, Computers, Domestic & Global trades.
How to Prepare for SRMHCAT

SRMHCAT 2020 Exam Centers

SRMHCAT 2020 Admit Card
SRMHCAT 2020 Admit Card will be made available in July 2020. Candidates will have to use their login credentials to download admit card. It will be published on website via online mode. Admit card will contain of all details such as candidates name, roll number, photograph, signature, exam timing & venue and all important instructions.
No candidates will receive any admit card via post or courier. It will be mandatory item to carry at the examination center. No candidates will be allowed to sit for exam without admit card & valid ID proof. Candidates are advised to also go through all instructions & completely follow it.
SRMHCAT 2020 Result
After the successfully commencement of exam, authority will publish result. SRMHCAT 2020 Result will be made available on website via online mode. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as Date of Birth (D.O.B), Roll number and application number to check result.
The university will not send any hard copy by post to any individual candidate. Result will contain all details such as Candidates name, roll number, marks secured in each test and result status (pass or fail).
SRMHCAT 2020 Counselling
It will be mandatory for all qualified candidates to participate in the counselling process. SRMHCAT 2020 Counselling will be held in the month of August 2020. Candidates are advised to be ready for counselling process after result declaration.
Candidates will have to bring all required documents at the time of counselling. Admission will be given to candidates after the complete process of counselling & verification of documents.
