Manipal University 2020 Counselling

MU OET Counselling 2020 will be organized by the Manipal University. The candidates those appearing in the exam will only be considered for the counselling.

To participate in the counselling, candidate should have MU OET rank card 2020. The first round of counselling will be conducted through offline mode and further rounds of counseling will be organized through online mode.

The university publish the wait list and admit list after the few days of the declaration of result. Candidates will have to upload the documents in the counseling portal before proceeding for the counseling. Counselling will be conducted in various rounds.

MU OET 2020 Cut Off is the minimum passing marks which will be necessary to score to be qualified for the further admission procedure. Candidates those score the marks equal to or above than cut-off marks will be called for the counselling rounds

Manipal University Counselling Procedure 2020

The counselling will be conducted in various rounds depending upon the availability of seats. The first round will be conducted offline (in person) and further rounds will be organized through online mode.

• Registration: First of all candidates will have to fill the registration form through the website to participate in the counselling. The physical presence of the candidate at the counselling will be mandatory. This registration will be valid for the first 5 rounds of counseling.
• Documents Verification: Candidates will have to verify the original documents which are required along with the one set of self attested photocopies of the documents.
• Counselling fee: Candidates will have to pay the course fees by DD/Produce confirmation of RTGS payment and collect the provisional admission letter.
• Seat Allotment: The seats will be allotted to the candidates as per their ranks and availability of seats and the choices filled by them. Allotment order and receipt/s for the payment made will be given to the candidate on completion of the admission process.
• Waitlist: Waitlist will be published for the candidates those wishes to change the allotted seat followed by the second round of counselling and those have not allotted the seats in the first round.
• Filing/Modifying Filled Choices: In this step candidates will be able to fill/ modify their choices and the order of their preference by login to the candidate’s portal. Candidates are advised to take the printout of the modified or filled lock choices.
• Report to the allotted colleges: With the provisional admission letter, candidates will have to report the allotted college to them as per the dates mentioned on the letter.

Documents Required

Candidates will have to upload the documents which are listed below in the counselling portal. Candidates have to upload these documents before attending the first round of MU OET 2020 counselling.

• MU OET Hall Ticket 2020
• 10th mark sheet for proof of date of birth
• 12th mark sheet
• Transfer Certificate
• Conduct Certificate
• Scanned copy of Aadhaar card of the candidate
• PAN card of parents.
• 2 recent passport size photograph and one stamp size photograph
• Authorization Letter (if representative is attending on behalf of candidate).

NOTE:

• If original eligibility document is not available, candidates can bring the Internet copy of the marks card duly attested by the college principal. (In case of Internet copy of results, candidates are required to provide the user id and password to verify the results online in website/ portal of respective board).
• Original Document is required
• Students awaiting the results, must email/upload the Internet copy of the marks card duly attested by the college principal on or before June 2020, failing which (a) allotted seat will be canceled (b) will be out of counseling and permitted to enter only in the 5th round.
