GUJCET is a state level examination conducted for the admission in engineering and pharmacy courses offered by various government, semi-government and private colleges in Gujarat state. Candidates have to meet the GUJCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria to appear in the examination. The criteria will be released in the month of March 2020 along with the releasing of GUJCET 2020 Notification. Through GUJCET, candidates may get admission in B.E/ B.Tech/ D.Pharmacy/ B.Pharmacy courses in Gujarat. GUJCET 2020 Eligibility Criteria

GUJCET is an entrance examination conducted for the engineering degree and pharmacy degree and diploma courses. To fill GUJCET 2020 application form, candidates have to satisfy some eligibility norms. There are different eligibility criteria for the different courses. The eligibility norms are given below:

General Eligibility (For All Courses):

• Nationality/Citizenship: The candidate must be a citizen of India national. No foreigners are allow to apply.
• Domicile/Residence: Candidates must be domiciled of Gujarat state. Candidates residing in another states of India can apply if they have domicile certificate of Gujarat state.

For Engineering:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must be passed higher secondary (12^th) examination from Gujarat State Education Board or any other recognized board of India.
• Subjects: Candidates must be passed higher secondary (12^th) examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects.
• Minimum Marks: Candidates must be passed higher secondary (12^th) examination with minimum 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST & SEBC).
• Appearing Candidates: Candidates those are appearing their qualifying examination in current year are also eligible to apply.

For Pharmacy Courses:

The eligibility for Pharmacy diploma & degree courses is mentioned below:

For Degree Course:

• Qualifying Exam: Candidates must be passed higher secondary (12^th) examination from Gujarat State Education Board or any other recognized board of India.
• Subjects: Candidates must be passed higher secondary (12^th) examination with Physics & Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with Mathematics/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational Subjects.
• Minimum Marks: Candidates must be passed higher secondary (12^th) examination with minimum 45% marks (40% marks in case of SC/ST & SEBC).

GUJCET 2020 Application Form

GUJCET 2020 Application Form has been released via online mode on 21st January 2020. The application form can be applied till 10th February 2020.

Candidates can fill the application form from the website of GSEB (the link is provided above). There will not be any correction facility after the last date of application form. Candidates must fill the application form carefully.

During the application form filling, candidates will have to fill all personal, academic, communication and educational details followed by uploading the images. Candidates have to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
