Candidates must go through following details regarding Chitkara University Application Form 2021:
- Chitkara University Application Form 2021 will be made available via online or offline mode.
- Candidates will be able to fill the application form from second week of November 2020.
- The last date to submit application form will be last week of February 2021.
- More than one application form will lead to rejection so candidates must fill only one application form.
- Authority will not provide any correction facility in the application form.
- During registration, candidates must upload passport size photograph & signature in the prescribed format.
- Candidates can buy offline application form from university’s center or book shop.
- For offline application form, candidates must send printout of application form with colored photograph & send it to following address:

Following documents will be required at the time of filling application form:
- 10th & 12th mark sheet & certificate
- Graduation mark sheet
- Character certificate
- Caste or reservation certificate
- Rank card of qualifying exam

- Affidavit signed by gazette officer
- Medical fitness certificate
Application Fee:
- Candidates will be able to submit the application fee via online & offline mode.
- For online mode, credit card or debit card method will be used.
- For offline mode, Demand Draft (DD) must be sent in favor of the “Chitkara university” payable at Chandigarh.
- The application fee will be of Rs.1100/-.
Chitkara University Eligibility Criteria 2021
Candidates are advised to go through following Chitkara University eligibility norms 2021 before applying for its application form:
For B.Tech Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th or equivalent examination form any recognized board or university.
- Percentage: He/ She must score atleast 60% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible for examination.
- Mandatory Subject: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) as their mandatory subjects in the qualifying exam.
- Candidates must have valid score in JEE Main.
For MBA Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must have Bachelor’s degree in any stream to be eligible for examination.
- Percentage: Applying candidates must score atleast 50% marks in the qualifying exam to be eligible.
- Appearing: Candidates appearing in the qualifying exam will be also eligible for exam.
For BCA Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 10th & 12th to be eligible for examination.
- Percentage: He/ she must score atleast 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
For B.Arch Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 10th& 12th to be eligible for examination.
- Mandatory subject: Candidates must have English & Mathematics as their mandatory subject to be eligible for examination.
- Percentage: He/ she must score atleast 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
- Candidates must have valid score of NATA.
For B.Pharma Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must qualify 12th or equivalent exam to be eligible.
- Mandatory subject: Candidates must have Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biology as their mandatory subject to be eligible for examination.
- Percentage: He/ she must score atleast 50% marks in the qualifying exam.
Chitkara University 2021 Admission Procedure
Chitkara University 2021 Admission Procedure will consist of scores of national level exams & performance in 12th level. The university will not conduct any entrance exam to offer admission.
University will shortlist candidates & release merit list on the basis of scores. Candidates who will get shortlisted in the merit list will be considered eligible for further admission & counselling procedure.
Chitkara University 2021 Result/ Merit list
Result/ Merit list will be published after the final submission of the application form. Chitkara University 2021 Result/ Merit list will be released by the university through online mode. Merit list will be prepared based on candidates obtained marks.
Candidates whose name present in merit list will be eligible for counselling. Authority will release merit list by candidates who have applied on NATA & JEE Mains or other national level course.
Chitkara University 2021 Counselling
The counselling process will get start after the publication of merit list. Candidates who will get shortlisted will be given seats according to the rank & selection course. Chitkara University 2021 Counselling will commence in the month of April 2021.
The final seat allocation will be done after successful submission of counselling fee. Candidates will also have to carry original documents to verify documents.
Chitkara University 2021 Admission
Candidates will have to report in the university after the process of seat allotment. Chitkara University 2021 Admission will be based on the counselling process & personal Interview for some courses.
