VGU 2020 Application Form

- VGU 2020 Application Form has been released from 4th January 2020.
- Candidates can fill the application form in online mode.
- Last date to register is expected till the third week of May 2020.
- Candidates will be registered successfully after filling the required basic details and will receive registration number and password.
- Candidates have to upload photograph and signature in the required format.
- After making fee payment candidates must print the proof of payment of application fee.
- Students must take print out the application form for further admission process.
Application Fee:
Candidates have to pay Rs.1000 as their application fee.
- Candidates can pay their fee via debit/credit card or via net banking.
- Application fee will be non-refundable and non-transferable in nature.
VGU 2020 Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech Course:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th level examination from a recognized board/university.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured minimum of 45% marks in 12th level.
- Subjects Required: Candidates must have passed 12th level with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with any one of Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology in 12th level.
BBA Course:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th level in any discipline from a recognized board/university.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have secured minimum of 45% marks in 12th level.
B.Com (Hons) Course:
- Qualification: Candidates must have passed 12th level with Commerce as compulsory subject from a recognized board/university.
B.Arch Course:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed 10+2/10+3 (Diploma) from a recognized board/university.
- Marks Required: Candidates must have secured aggregate of 50% marks in 10+2 level and 50% marks in PCM subjects.
- Subject Required: Candidates must have passed 12th level with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subjects in 12th level.
- Score: Candidates must have a valid NATA Score.
M.Tech Course:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed B.Tech or equivalent degree from a recognized institute/university.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates must have passed with minimum aggregate of 55% marks in their graduation degree.
MBA Course:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess Graduation degree with relevant subjects from a recognized university.
- Marks Required: Candidates must have passed graduation degree with minimum 55% marks.
LL.M Course:
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have passed LLB degree from a recognized university.
- Marks Required: Candidates must have passed LL.B degree with minimum of 50% marks.
VGU 2020 Admission Procedure
Candidates can check complete VGU 2020 Admission Procedure by online mode. To get admission into various courses, candidates can apply though national level test scores. Candidates have to bring their required documents during the process of counselling and submit for verification.
Merit list will be released by the authority online short listing the candidates for counselling session. Candidates will pay course fee during the process of admission and confirm their seats. If candidates will not pay the course fee, in such case the seat will be allotted to the next candidates automatically.
VGU 2020 Merit List
After the completion of application process, the University will release VGU 2020 Merit list online. Candidates will be shortlisted in the merit list on the basis of scores of national level entrance test. For B.Tech / B.Arch admission, JEE Main score will be considered.
For Law courses, CLAT or LSAT Score will be taken into consideration and for M.Tech, GATE scores will be considered. After the eligible candidates will be shortlisted and counselling session will begin.
VGU 2020 Counselling
VGU 2020 Counselling will start in the first week of June 2020. Candidates will be able to download their counselling letter by online mode. Candidates have to register themselves for the counselling process.
Complete details related to counselling will be informed to the candidates. Students have to carry their documents for the document verification process of counselling. Seats will be also allotted during the counselling session. Also, students have to make choice of courses and lock their seats and pay the admission fee to confirm admission.
VGU 2020 Admission
Admission into various UG and PG courses will be offered in the VGU University after selection of eligible candidates. Candidates will be considered eligible as per their marks obtained in the national level test (JEE Main, GATE, CLAT, LSAT, etc).
