Uttarakhand Polytechnic (JEEP) 2020 Counselling in the month of June 2020. The counselling will be conducted through online mode only. Uttarakhand Polytechnic entrance exam is known by the name JEEP (Joint Engineering Entrance Polytechnic). It is a state level entrance examination whose counselling is organized by Uttarakhand Board of Technical Education Roorkee (UBTER). Candidates can exercise the counselling through online mode only. UBTER conducts the counselling in various rounds depending upon the availability of seats. Candidates will be allotted the colleges only after the verification of all required documents.

Candidates are advised to check the website on a daily basis for all updates. The complete schedule for the counselling will be published on the website. There will be no counselling fee to attend the counselling.

Candidates will be able to fill the choice of college or courses as per their preferences. The intimation of printing the allotment letter will be provided through SMS on the candidate’s registered mobile number.

UK Polytechnic (JEEP) Counselling Eligibility

Candidates must check the eligibility given below in order to be eligible for the counselling.

• It will be compulsory to do registration on the website by making login ID/ Password for attending the counselling.
• If the candidate will fail to produce the original documents on the day of document verification, then their admission will be cancelled.
• To avail any benefit of reservation category, candidates must hold the domicile of Uttarakhand state.

JEEP Counselling Procedure 2020

The JEEP counselling will be conducted in various rounds. If, after the first round of counselling seats remains vacant in the participating institutions, then second round of counselling will be conducted.

In the second round of counselling, candidates will be able to upgrade the seats. Candidates those who will have not attended the first round of counselling will be able to participate in the second round of counselling.

Candidates will be able to check their result of counselling by login to the candidates portal. Candidates will get admission in the allotted college after verifying all original documents along with self attested two sets of photocopies.

Candidates will have to report the allotted college before the prescribed last date of admission.
