The cut off has been published separately for each course. The university will not declare the cut off marks they will only release the closing ranks for admission.
The cut off rank is the closing rank upto which the university will provide the admission in the university and its affiliated institutions.
It is necessary for the candidates to score the cut off marks to be eligible for the admission followed by the counselling.
The cut will depend upon the factors such as availability of seats, reservation criteria, number of candidates appeared in the examination and many others.

PTU Counselling 2019 is organized through online mode. It is organized in two rounds. Candidates, first register for the counselling & after that, they will be eligible for a choice filling round.

PTU Merit List 2019
The authority is conducted the counselling which is purely based on the merit list. It can be viewed from the university website after the declaration of counseling dates.
The authority prepares the common merit list for General and reserved Categories/Subcategories (if applicable) candidates.
In case two candidates will secure equal marks, then inter-se-merit list will be prepared. Candidates will be called for counselling as per the order of merit.
PTU Counselling 2019
PTU 2019 counselling has been started after the declaration of the JEE Main result. PTU counselling registration has been started from 24th May 2019.
At the time of counselling candidates have to fill the online registration form. Counselling for all offered courses will take place on the basis of the rank obtained by the candidates.
The PTU University will conduct the joint online counselling with all other universities. Candidates should also bring the original certificated for document verification.
PTU Admission Procedure 2019
After the successful completion of counselling procedure, the result will be announced by the university. Candidates those clear in the counselling round will get a seat and will be informed through SMS.
Candidates can login to their account & check details of seat allotment from the website. The shortlisted candidates can take the printout of the provisional allotment letter of the College/Branch to produce at the time of admission.
