G.D Goenka University Application Form 2019
Here we are providing some details about the application form:
- The application form of G.D Goenka University will be available via online mode.
- The expected date of release of the application form is during the month of March 2019.

Application Fee:

Eligibility Criteria
Here we have listed the eligibility criteria of UG & PG courses offered by G.D Goenka University:
B.Tech:
- 10+ 2 from CBSE or equivalent examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology /Technical Vocational subject.
- In addition candidates also have to appear in GATA (Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission) and Personal Interview.
M.B.A:
- An undergraduate degree in an appropriate discipline from UGC approved University. In addition, applicants will also have to successfully complete Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission (GATA) and appear for a personal interview.
Other UG Courses:
- 10+2/12th or Equivalent degree recognized by state/central govt.
- The Candidate if is applying for science stream them they need to have completed their qualifying exam in science stream.
- If Candidate is applying for Medical courses then they require to have taken biology as an optional subject in their qualifying exam.
Other PG Courses:
- A bachelor’s degree of 3/4 years recognized by state or central govt.
- The candidate must have secured at least 50% of marks in their bachelor’s degree.
- The candidate should not have any backlogs in the bachelor’s degree and must have passed in every individual subject.
GATA Exam 2019
To get admission in various courses offered by the university, candidates have to qualify the GATA exam or other admission rounds (as applicable).
Admit cards for GATA (Goenka Aptitude Test for Admission) will be issued to the eligible candidates and application must be sent through courier/post and received in the admission office 10 days prior to the GATA.
GATA will be held at designated centers and the date of examination shall be communicated by the authorities subsequently.
GATA Result 2019
GATA (Goenkan Aptitude Test for Admission) results will be communicated to the candidate through email on the date notified in the admission schedule.
Somehow if a candidate does not receive an e-mail regarding the same then they have to communicate to the authorities before the merit list is published subsequently.
On completion of checking of results, the university will inform the candidate about his/her selection through email.
GD Goenka Counselling 2019
After the results are declared the schedule and venue of Personal Interview round will be communicated to each selected students. Admission will be granted on the basis of each candidate’s academic record, written test marks and performance in the interview.
The candidate has to qualify the P.I round and has to verify his/her required documents in order to be able to proceed with enrollment.
After the verification of documents takes place the candidate will need to pay a part of the course fee and then report to the University’s campus in order to take admission in the preferred course.
GD Goenka Admission Procedure
Admission will be based on the basis of verification of completed applications received by the candidates with respect to their eligibility, academic performance and suitability for the course opted for.
Based on performance on all aspects of selection, selected candidates will be issued admission offer letter with dates for fee deposit, allotment of rooms in the hostel (if applicable) and date of orientation for the programme.
Admission will be granted by the authorities only after verification of documents take place after which the candidate has to compulsorily deposit a part of the tuition fees in order to take admission.
If the candidate fails to deposit the required fee within the stipulated time or fails to show up for document verification then their admission will be cancelled.
