IGNOU Registration 2019
After reading the prospectus, candidates can proceed to fill the application form. The application form details are given below:
- Candidates have to fill online application form to apply for IGNOU courses.
- The IGNOU application form has been started for January 2019 session & OPENMAT XLV.
- Candidates have to select the desired course and carefully fill the application form.
- After filling all the details, candidates have to submit the application form and the username will be sent to the candidate’s email Id via SMS.
- Candidates must be ready with scanned photograph, signature, age proof, category certificate, BPL certificate, educational certificates and work experience certificates.
Application Fee:
- The application fee will be Rs. 1000/- per course.
- It can be paid by credit/debit card and net banking.
IGNOU Hall Ticket 2019
The University has issued the IGNOU hall ticket 2019 at least two weeks before the commencement of examination. Candidates can download the IGNOU admit card through online mode.
In case any candidate fails to receive the examination hall ticket within one week before the examination, then he/she can download the hall ticket from the website. Hall ticket for OPENMAT & B.Ed exam has been released on 10th December 2018.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates can proceed for the process of application form only they will satisfy the eligibility criteria given below.
- For MBA: Candidates should hold the Bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university/institution. Candidates pursuing their final year can also apply.
- For B.Ed: 50% marks either in the Bachelor’s Degree and /or in the Master’s Degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialization in Science and mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualifications equivalent.
- For BCA: Candidates must pass the 12th or equivalent exam from a recognized board.
- For MCA: Candidate should hold the graduation or 12th level with mathematics subject.
- MA (English/Economics/History), MSW: Must have Bachelor or a higher degree from any recognized college.
- B.Sc: One should pass the 12th class or equivalent exam with science subject.
- BA/B.Com/BSW: Applying candidate should pass 12th or equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.
- PG Diploma in Rural Development: Candidate should have Bachelor’s degree.
- Diploma in Tourism Studies/Diploma in Dairy Technology: Passed 12th or equivalent or BPP from IGNOU.
Note: There is no age limit for the candidates applying for BCA & MCA programmes.
IGNOU Syllabus
IGNOU exam pattern & syllabus will vary as per the courses opted by the candidate. Candidates can check their complete syllabus for each subject and the respective exam pattern according to their course. The general topics covered in the entrance exams are attitude, quantitative analysis, logical reasoning, GK, etc. The university will issue the IGNOU syllabus on their website.
