FTII JET 2019 Application form has been extended till 7th February 2019. It is one of the national level exams. It is organized for offering admissions in television and film with its core specializations through its JET entrance exam. The admission will be offered by the Film and Television Institute of India and Satyajit Ray Film And Television Institute, Kolkata. Through Joint Entrance Test, candidates can get admission in Post Graduate Diploma and Post Graduate Certificate courses. FTII JET 2019 Application form has been extended till 7th February 2019. Click here for application form.
Candidates must fill all the details carefully in the online application form. After submission of it, no correction will be allowed on later stage.
- Candidates are required to fill the application form through online mode only.
- All the entries should be filled in English language only.
- The online application form has been started from 30th December 2018.
- FTII application forms will be filled till 7th February 2019.
- Candidates should be ready with the scanned photograph, signature and other documents before proceeding to fill the application form.
- Do not send the application along with the document to FTII.
Application Fee:
The application fee can be remitted through online (credit card/debit card) mode only. Once it will be paid cannot be refunded in any circumstances. The application fee is mentioned below:

Eligibility Criteria
Here, we have mentioned the eligibility criteria to appear in FTII JET entrance exam. However, each participating institution has its own eligibility criteria to provide admissions. So, candidates are advised to check the respective website to know complete eligibility.
- Direction/Screenplay Writing/Editing/Acting/Feature Film Screenplay Writing: The applying candidate should have the Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized university/institution.
- Sound recording & Sound Design: Candidate should have Bachelor’s Degree in any stream with Physics at 10+2 level.
- Art Direction & Production Design: Candidate should have the Bachelor’s Degree in applied arts, architecture, painting, sculpture, interior design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent diploma in any of the above.
- Appearing Candidates: Such candidates are also eligible to apply.

How to Apply
Candidates can get the steps to apply in FTII JET 2019 application form:
- Visit the official website (link is given above).
- Click on ‘Fresh Candidates to create login (New Log In)’ link.
- Fill the registration details for any programme.
- Click on ‘Submit’ button.
- The confirmation of registration message will be send to the candidate’s email Id and mobile number.
- Now login to complete the application process.
- Click on ‘Complete Application Process (Login to your account)’ tab.
- After that click on ‘Fill Application’ tab.
- Fill the details required therein and click on ‘SAVE’ button every time.
- Now, upload the scanned photograph (size of file minimum 20 kb and maximum 50 kb) and signature (of size minimum 20 kb and maximum 100 kb) in .jpg or .jpeg format.
- Also upload the SC/ST/OBC‐NCL/PwD category certificate. The image should only be in .jpg or .jpeg format of file size minimum 50 kb and maximum 200 kb.
- Select the exam center and make payment of application fee.
- Pay the application fee through ‘Credit card/Debit card.
- Click on ‘Make payment’ and fill the details.
- Click on ‘Print Application” and take print out of the same for future record.
