UGAT 2019 Exam dates has been released. Under Graduate Aptitude Test (UGAT 2019) is a national level entrance test which is regulated by the AIMA (All India Management Association). The AIMA UGAT exam is organized annually to offer admission in Integrated MBA (IMBA), BBA, BCA, BHM, B.Com and other UG courses. UGAT Application Form 2019
- Students can apply for the UGAT exam via online and offline both modes.
- UGAT Application form along with bulletin can also be purchased with the cash payment of Rs. 650/- from the centres notified by AIMA, New Delhi.
- Students have to upload the scanned images of photograph and signature.
- In case of offline application or payment through DD, candidates have to send the application along with required documents to the AIMA, New Delhi.
Application Fee:
- The application fee is Rs. 650/-.
- Fee payment can be done through debit/credit card or net banking.
- Students can also pay through DD drawn in favor of “All India Management Association” payable at Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must ensure their eligibility before filling the application form:
- Qualifying Exam: Students must have qualified 10+2 or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
- Appearing Students: Students appearing in 12th exams are also eligible to apply.
- Age Limit: There is no age limit is prescribed to apply for UGAT.
UGAT Exam Pattern
Below we are providing the detailed exam pattern of UGAT exam:
- Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through offline (paper based test) mode.
- Type of Questions: The question paper will have objective type questions.
- Negative Marking: There will be negative marking for wrong answers.
- Duration: The exam duration will be total two hours (three hours for BHM course).

UGAT Syllabus 2019
- Candidates must prepare as per the officially prescribed syllabus for the exam.
- UGAT syllabus will contain topics like English Language, General Knowledge, Reasoning and General Intelligence and Numerical and Data Analysis.
- For BHM programme, the syllabus will also include the Scientific and Service Aptitude sections.
How to Prepare for UGAT
- Time management is a important key to crack an exam. Make a suitable time-table and prepare accordingly.
- Gather all the details about the officially prescribed syllabus.
- Prepare from the sample paper and previous year question papers.
- Also make yourself familiarize with the exam pattern for better preparations.
UGAT Admit Card 2019
All the registered candidates will be able to download the admit card through online mode. UGAT 2019 admit card will be released on or after 4th May 2019.
Admit card will bear details like Candidate’s Name, Roll Number, Application Number, Test Date & Time, Address of Exam Centre, etc. Admit card can be downloaded by entering registration number.
Candidates have to affix two similar photographs on the admit card. The photograph on the admit card should be attested by any Gazzetted Officer or Head of the Institution from where candidates have passed.
UGAT 2019 Results
Result will be provided to students in the month of June 2019. Students will be able to check the UGAT result 2019 by entering their roll number and form number.
UGAT score will be valid for the admission in that particular session. Separate copy of the score card will be sent to the candidates registered address through normal post.
Candidates can also obtain a duplicate score card by writing an application request attached with the lower half of the admit card which was handed over at the test centre.
UGAT Counselling 2019
There will no centralized counselling be conducted to offer admission. Admission process will be started after the declaration of the result.
Candidates have to download their UGAT score card and report to the participating colleges where they are seeking for admission. Various colleges conduct their own admission rounds for providing admission.
Students are required to carry the score card along with the required documents for the admission process. Seat allotment will be done on the basis of marks scored in the entrance test, category and availability of seats.
