PESSAT 2019 Application Form
- The candidates those wish to apply for PESSAT 2019 application form can proceed for it through online mode only.
- The candidates those wish to apply for more than one course have to register with different email Id’s.
- The application form has been started from 5th October 2018.
- Candidates are suggested to fill the application form before the last date prescribed for each course.
- The candidates those will submit the application fee through DD, it has to be paid in favour of “PES University General Fund” payable at Bangalore.
- If candidate fills two or more online application forms, the last filled and completed application form will be considered for further processing.
- The application form will be completed only after the uploading of photograph and signature along with payment of application fee.
- In case of payment through DD, printed application form along with the DD has to be send to the address given below:

Application Fee:
- The registration fee will be Rs. 1050/-.
- The application fee can be paid through credit card/debit card/net banking/Bank Challan/ Demand Draft.
- The demand draft should be made in favor of “PES University General Fund” payable at Bangalore.
PES-SAT Eligibility Criteria
Here, we have provided the complete eligibility criteria to appear in PES University offered courses.
For B.Tech:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidate should pass the 12th standard from a recognized board.
- Minimum Marks: It is necessary to have 50% marks in 12th class to apply for B.Tech course.
- Subjects: Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are the mandatory subject in the qualifying examination.
- Board: Only the candidates those passed with CBSE, ICSE, State, IB and IGCSE boards will be considered for admissions to the programs at PES. Other board candidates need to take prior permission before they opt for admissions.
For M.Tech:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have B.E./B.Tech degree in any stream from a recognized university.
- Score Card: Candidates can also apply through valid PGCET and GATE score card.
For MBA:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should have bachelor degree in any stream from a recognized university.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates should have 60% marks in their qualifying exam.
- Score Card: Candidates can also apply through valid PGCET, MAT, CMAT, CAT, GMAT and GRE score card.
- Appearing candidates can also apply.
Note: For other UG and PG courses, the candidates must fulfill the minimum eligibility criteria prescribed by the PES University.
PESSAT Exam Pattern

- Mode of Exam: The exam will be conducted through online mode except B.Des (pen based).
- Attempts: PESSAT can be attempted once in an academic year.
- Duration of Exam: For B.Tech, 180 minutes will be provided and for MBA and M.Tech, 120 minutes will be provided.
- No. of Questions: 180 questions will be set for B.tech and 120 questions for other courses.
- Negative Marking: There is no provision of negative marking.

PESSAT Syllabus
The syllabus for B.Tech will be prepared from the 11th and 12th class cbse board. The 20 questions will be asked form English grammar section. For PG courses, candidates should go through the topics given on the exam pattern section. The official authority will provide the syllabus for all courses on their website.

Preparation Tips
- Must go through the previous year’s questions paper and some test series.
- Always make a study schedule and follow it regularly.
- Make short notes after what you have studied for the exam day.
- Be aware with the complete syllabus. Do not go out of syllabus topics.

PESSAT Slot Booking 2019
Candidates those will book their exam slot can only be eligible for downloading their PESSAT admit card. The PESSAT slot booking for B.Tech course will be started from 16th April 2019 and from 5th January 2019 for other courses.
The candidates have to book their time slot and date of exam in the slot booking system. After book the exam slot, candidates can print the admit card.
PESSAT 2019 Results
The PESSAT 2019 results will be declared through online mode. The result can be checked by entering the application number and date of birth of the candidate.
The result for B.Tech course will be declared after completion of entrance exam on 21st May 2019 and for other courses the results will be announced after the 3 days as per the exam date.
PESSAT Counselling 2019
Admission to BBA,LLB course at PES University can be done through either CLAT score or by taking PESSAT 2019.
The candidates those wants to get admission in B.Arch course at PES University can apply through NATA score card. Such candidates have to upload their NATA score, once the NATA scores are announced.
Counselling for B.Tech will be started from 2nd June 2019 and 10th June 2019 for B.Arch courses.
The candidates will be shortlisted for the merit list on the basis of the test score and personal interview. On the basis of entrance exam and PI, they will be allotted the seats.
The PESSAT counselling will be conducted through offline mode. Candidates can get the final admission only after the verification of original documents.
