Amity University 2019 Counselling
The Counselling process in the Amity University will be held after the declaration of results. It will be held through online mode.
Candidates will be selected for the counselling round as per the performance shown in the written test. Shortlisted students will be notified about the counselling schedule through the University website.
Students will be shortlisted for counselling as per their marks obtained in the merit list. To be eligible for counselling round, students have to score minimum cut off marks.
The minimum cut off marks will be displayed in the scorecard of the candidate.

Amity University 2019 Merit List
The University will prepare the merit list according to the rank obtained by the student in Amity JEE 2019. As per the rank obtained by the students will be further shortlisted for further admission process.
It is important for the students to attain the minimum cut off marks in order to get selected for admission. Students shortlisted in the merit list will be informed about the counselling/interview schedule through the website.
Amity University 2019 Admission
Qualifying students will be informed about the counselling procedure through the website or by calls or emails. Candidates can check details regarding the date, time and venue of counselling through the admission microsite from the University website.
Candidates at the time of counselling will go through the process if seat allotment and documents verification. Admission will be given on the basis of first come first serve. To confirm seats for admission into the University candidates must submit their admission fee within the prescribed time period.
Students on the counselling day are required to bring certain documents/testimonials for the document verification process. Final Admission will be provided to the students as per the seats available in the campus and the score obtained in the entrance test. The documents to be produced during the counselling procedure are:
- Scorecard of the candidate
- Admit card of the candidate
- Counselling letter
- 10th and 12th Marksheet and Pass Certificate
- Any valid govt. photo Id proof
- Passport Size Photographs
- Transfer Certificate
