Karnataka Polytechnic 2019 Application Form

The application form will be provided to students through online mode. Karnataka Polytechnic 2019 Application Form will be released in the second week of May 2019.

• Visit the nearest “Document Verification Centres” in person with all the required documents.
• The application form will be submitted at the document verification centre.
• The list of document verification centers will be mentioned in the information bulletin.
• Candidates are also required to carry their original documents along with application form at the document verification centre.
