AP LAWCET Counselling 2018

Students are invited for counselling process according to their rank in the rank list. The AP LAWCET Counselling has been started from 9th October 2018. Candidates have to fill their choices of colleges for admission. As per the candidate’s rank, availability of seats in colleges & filled choices, seats will be allotted for providing admission.

AP LAWCET 2019

Andhra Pradesh Law Common Entrance Test will be organized by the Sri Krishnadevaraya University, Anantapur. It is a gateway for admission in 3 years and 5 years of Law courses offered by various institutions in Andhra Pradesh state. The examination will be conducted only one time in a year.

AP LAWCET Results

Candidates can check the AP LAWCET 2018 Results via online mode through the website on 14th May 2018. Revaluation will not be entertained in any circumstances. A rank list is prepared according to the marks secured in the AP LAWCET exam. Candidates can download the rank card through the website in the month of June 2018.

AP LAWCET 2018 Answer Key

Candidates can get the answer key through online mode on the official website. The preliminary answer key is publishing soon. Candidates can make objection against the answer key within few days after the releasing of preliminary answer key. The final answer key will be released along with the result.

AP LAWCET Application Form 2018

  • Students can fill and submit the AP LAWCET 2018 Application Form via online mode only from 9th March 2018.
  • Candidates have to fill their personal, examination, address & other details in the application form.
  • Upload the scanned images of photograph and signature in the prescribed format.
  • Pay the application fee through online and offline mode.
  • Candidates are advised to take printout of the application form for further use.

Application Fee:

  • Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 750/- for all candidates.
  • The fee payment should be done through debit/credit card, net banking or AP online centres.

AP LAWCET 2018 Application Form Correction

  • Candidates can make correction in the application from 8th – 10th April 2018.
  • Corrections can be done through online mode.
  • Corrections is allowed only in some particular fields.
  • Candidates can make correction in the application by sending an email and through the link provided.

Eligibility Criteria

Students can check here the eligibility criteria for AP LAWCET exam:

  • Residence: Candidates should belong to Andhra Pradesh state.
  • Qualification for LLB (3 year): Candidates must hold a three year graduation degree from any recognized university.
  • Qualification for LLB (5 year): Students should have cleared 12th or equivalent exam from any recognized board.
  • Percentage: The minimum percentage criteria is 45% marks for general, 42% for OBC and 40% marks for SC/ST candidates.
  • Nationality & Domicile: The candidate should be an Indian National and should satisfy Local/ non-local status requirement as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions) Order, 1974 and the amendments made thereto from time to time.

AP LAWCET Exam Pattern

  • Exam Mode: The examination will be conducted through online mode.
  • Type of Question: The question paper will contain objective type questions.
  • Duration: The exam duration will be 90 minutes.
  • Language: The question paper language will be English and Telugu language.
  • Marking Scheme: One mark will be given for each correct response.
  • Negative Marking: There is no negative marking in this exam.

AP LAWCET Syllabus

The syllabus for AP LAWCET exam will consists of various topics such as General Knowledge & Mental Ability, Current Affairs and Aptitude for the study of Law. Candidates can prepare from these topics to score well in the examination. For 5 year LLB course, the syllabus will consist of degree level courses.

AP LAWCET Hall Ticket

Successfully registered candidates can download their AP LAWCET 2018 Hall Ticket through online mode from 12th April 2018. The admit card contain exam related details like candidate’s name, roll number, exam centre, etc. Without producing the valid admit card, candidates will not be permitted to sit in the examination.
