Candidates can fill & submit the UKSEE Application Form through online mode only. The application form will be released from April 2019. Candidates can fill the application till last week April 2019. Candidates take the print copy of the filled application form for future use. Application Form will not be provided through offline mode. The application fee is Rs. 1500 (Rs. 750 for reserved category).

Step-1: Online Registration

• Visit to the official website (link is given above).
• Click on the link “Apply for UKSEE 2019”.
• Enter your email Id & mobile number for registration.
• Candidates will receive the registration ID after successful registration.

Step-2: Login to Application Form

• Login with the “Registration ID”, “Date of Birth” & “Password”.
• Enter your basic details and academic details.
• Re-check the filled entries/information before submitting.
• Candidates will not able to edit the entries after submission of the application form.
• Click on the “Save” button.

Step-3: Upload Photograph

• Candidates have to upload their scanned photograph in a JPEG Format.
• The Photograph size should be 35 X 45 mm with at least 75% coverage of face & head of the candidate. Name of the candidate & Photograph taking date will be printed at the bottom of the photograph.
• Photograph background should be white/light colored.

Step-4: Fee Payment

• Submit the application fee through online mode.
• The application fee shall not be refunded under any circumstances.
• Keep the print copy of the filled application form for further reference.
