Students can avail the KCET Application Form 2019 via online mode through the website. The application form has been released from 1st week of February 2019. Students can submit the application till March 2019. Application form is not be provided through offline mode. Candidates don’t forget to take printout of the application form for further use.

Step-1: Online Registration

Step-1.1: Visit Official Link

  • Visit the official website of KCET 2019. (link will be provided above)

  • Click on the link “New User? Click Here to Register”.

  • Read the instructions and click on “Proceed to Apply Online”.

Step-1.2: Fill Registration Details

  • Fill the required details such as Citizen of India status, Karnataka 2nd PUC Examination 2019 appearing status, Candidate Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID, User ID, Password, Security question, etc.
  • Enter the security code and click on the “Submit” button.

Step-2: Fill Details

  • A login window will appear on the screen.
  • Enter the User ID, Password and security code and click on “Login” button.

  • The application form will be displayed on the screen.
  • Personal Details: Students are required to fill details like Candidate Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name, Gender, DOB, Mobile Number, Email ID, Mother Tongue, Family Annual Income, Religion, Nationality, Category, Exam Center, etc.
  • Examination Details: Choose qualification examination, University/Board name, Karnataka 2nd PUC Examination 2019 appearing status, year of passing, etc.
  • Communication Details: Fill Address, State, District, Pin Code, Phone Number, J&K status, Special Category status, etc.
  • Appearing Previous CET Details: Fill Have you appeared for previous CET exam, CET Number, Year of appearing, etc.

  • Study Details: Fill the Name, Address & Phone Number of the school, class studied, Year of Study, Year of passing of the qualifying examinations.
  • After filling the details, click on the “Save & Next” button.

Step-3: Upload Images

  • Candidate should upload the scanned images of photograph, signature, left thumb impression and parents signature or left thumb impression in JPG/JPEG formats.
  • The image size should be between 5 KB to 40 KB.
  • The dimension of signature image should be 3.5 cm x 4.5 cm.
  • The photograph should be in passport size with white background.
  • Select the images and upload them one by one.

Accept Declaration

  • Read the declaration and tick on the box.
  • Click on the “Submit” button.
  • Verify the filled entries and click on “OK” button.

Step-4: Fee Payment

  • The application fee will be Rs.650/- for general & OBC and Rs.500/- for SC & ST candidates.
  • Rs.750/- in case of candidates residing outside the state of Karnataka and Rs.5,000/- in case of candidates residing outside India.
  • The fee payment can be done through the challan of State Bank of Mysore, State Bank of Hyderabad, Indian Bank, Axis Bank & SBI bank.

  • Download the challan form and deposit the fee at the respective bank.

  • After the fee confirmation, candidates will be able to take printout of the application.
  • Click on the “Print Final Application” and take printout of it.
  • Candidates are suggested to take extra printouts for further use.
