PES University Application Form 2019

Application Fee:

Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the eligibility criteria to get admission in the university.
For B.Tech:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidate should pass 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics with minimum of 60% aggregate marks.
- Score: Candidates should have any one the score among PESSAT (National level exam) or KCET (State level exam).
- Board: Those belong to CBSE, ICSE, State, IB and IGCSE boards will be considered for admissions to the programs at PES. Other board candidates need to take prior permission before they opt for admission.
For B.Arch/BBA LLB:
- Qualifying Exam: Candidates should pass 12th with 50% aggregate marks with mathematics as a mandatory subject.
- NATA/CLAT Score: For admission in B.Arch, candidate should have valid NATA score and for BBA LLB, candidate should have CLAT score card.
For Other UG Courses:
Qualifying Exam: The candidates should pass 12th or equivalent examination from a recognized board within minimum 60% marks. For B.Des, candidates must have UCEED score card.
For Other PG Courses:
Qualifying Exam: Candidates must have the bachelor’s degree in which they want to get admission. Candidates can also apply through PGCET, MAT, CMAT, CAT, GMAT, GRE, GATE score.
PES University Admission Procedure 2019
The candidates can get admission in PES University through university entrance exam or any national and state level exam. Candidates have to register in the university website to fill the application form for admission.
The university will offer the admission to the candidates on the basis of their performance in the entrance exam. On the basis of marks filled in the application form, the university will prepare the merit list. On the basis of merit, candidates will be shortlisted for the admission procedure.
PES University Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT)
PES University Scholastic Aptitude Test (PESSAT) is conducted once in a year by the university itself. It is necessary to appear in the test to get admission in its offered courses. The exam is conducted on a national level.
The written entrance exam will be conducted through online mode. For B.Des admission, exam will be conducted through offline mode. Candidates have to clear the cut off marks set by the university to become eligible for the admission. The exam will be organized on different dates for each programme.
PES University Result/Merit 2019
After the declaration of result, the university will release the separate merit list for each course. On the basis of written test or national level entrance exam score, the university will prepare the merit list. The PESSAT result will be declared in the month of May 2019.
On the basis of published merit list candidates have to attend the counselling. The list of shortlisted candidates will be displayed on the university website. Candidates can check their names and appear in the counselling.
PES University Counselling 2019
The PES University will organize the counselling after one month of declaration of result. The counselling schedule will be displayed on the university website after few days of written result. Candidates have to attend the counseling as per their rank in the merit list.
Candidates have to be present at counselling venue on given date and time. The counselling will be conducted through online mode only. The counselling will be comprised of verifying the candidate’s original documents and seat allotment process. Candidates have to confirm or reject the allotted seat on the spot at the day of counselling.
PES University Admission 2019
After the counselling, candidates will be allotted with the provisional seat allotment letter. Candidates can get it through university website in the specified time period. The admission authority will take the short interview of the selected candidates on campus.
After the final admission, candidates have to submit the admission fee also. Candidates have to submit their documents in the university. The classes will be commenced form the first week of August 2019.
