OUAT 2018 Counselling for UG courses has been started from 23rd July 2018. OUAT is a university level entrance examination, organized by Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology. OUAT conducts the entrance exam for various UG courses which is known by the name of OUAT Common Entrance Exam (CEE). The exam is a gateway to get admission into B.sc (Hons.) (Agriculture/ Horticulture/Forestry/Community Science), B.V.Sc & A.H./B.Tech (Agri. Engg.)/B.F.Sc. OUAT 2018 Counselling – Started
OUAT 2018 Counselling for UG courses has been started from 23rd July 2018 through offline mode. Click here to view schedule.
OUAT counselling process is conducted on the basis of merit of the candidates. Candidates have to attend the counselling in person on prescribed schedule. Merit for UG courses is drawn on the basis of weighted score of the candidates in the entrance test (50%), HSC examination (25%) and 10+2 examination (25%). Candidates those wishing to get admission in B.Sc. (Forestry), should appear in the Physical Endurance Test. This test is conducted one day before the day of counseling.
OUAT 2018 Counselling Dates

OUAT 2018 Selection Procedure
Candidates are required to fill the online Form-B on the website. Candidates can start this process just after the declaration of results or merit list. At the time of filling Form-B, candidates needed to upload the necessary documents on or before the last date. Candidates have to bring the printout of the filled form-B along with the original and self attested photocopies of the relevant documents. The admission is purely based on the candidate’s academic records and the performance in the entrance exam. If candidates will fail to produce the original documents their candidature will be cancelled by the admission board.

The reservation policy is decided by the state government of Odisha.

OUAT Admission 2018
A common merit list and category-wise merit list is prepared for UG courses. Admission is provided on counseling basis, followed by fulfilling the eligibility criteria. The counselling date & time for the shortlisted candidates is published in the intimation-cum-rank card. Candidates download it from the website. If seats will remain vacant after the conduction of counselling, then spot counselling may be conducted to fill up the vacant seats. Once a candidate will lock his/her choice of college or stream, they will not allow to make changes afterwards.
